I found a way to retrieve 1000 lodestone items when lodestone only made 100 available. They fixed that this morning :eek:. So i had to rework my quest tracker. Works now.

Money I like it :D I will think about adding Donations. If I can make enough to offset the hosting costs that'd be great. I wanted a resource for myself that was accurate. At the time I started the site, FFXIV pro data was stale... they have updated things since and YG is still outdated.

I didn't mean to step on XIVpads feet regarding the quest tracker. I saw a JP FFXIV site which had that feature and said this would be great to have for the english players.

Do you mean in the recipe page? If so, GOOD IDEA! I'll add lite item info to recipe and make the site static. It will decrease server load and increase response time too.

Just use the advanaced search, put in legs, tick Conjurer and put 1-50.

Wow man, this site is Fantastic, puts a lot of other to shame..

You may want to consider some kind of scaling mechanism for when people are not in Maximized window. Purely aesthetic, but when your text and form boxes are pushed out of alignment is looks a little unprofessional.

Oo oo a good suggestion to give you an even bigger edge..

If you can make some kind of Comparison function where you can do side by sides of say 2 different shirts, like shopping sites do, that would give you a HUGE advantage over other sites.

I went ahead and changed the recipe page to include more useful info (per meatdawgs suggestions) while still maintaining its simplicity. Also decreased recipe page load time significantly.

For example recipes show like this:

Also, due to feedback I added the ability to filter items that include 'Any Gathering Stat' and 'Any Crafting Stat'.

Tried the quest tracker, but just like the person before, its completely wrong. It has quests either listed as locked or too low that i've already completed. Excellent website though :)

I picked a horrible time to post about the quest tracker, day of a lodestone maintenance ^_^.

One request I'd like to make since you've added a Gathering/Crafting filter. Is there any way you can implement a filter for Physical (HP/Str/Vit/Dex/Accuracy/Parry/etc) or Magic (MP/Int/Mnd/Pie/Heal Potency/Attack Magic Potency/etc) stats? I've been trying to find a site that allows me to do this so I can quickly and easily find equipment for a specific discipline without having to sift through all the DoW/DoL/CoH equipment, for example, that would show up when I'm only trying to find something for a DoM.

I added that and a tooltip over the text to explain what each does.

Any Crafting Stat
Stat Include: Magic Craftsmanship, Control, Craftsmanship

Any Gathering Stat
Stat Include: Output, Gathering, Perception

Any Physical Combat Stat
Stat Include: Strength, Dexterity, Vitality, HP, Accuracy, Attack Power, Crit Rate

Any Magical Combat Stat
Stat Include: Mind, Intelligence, Piety, MP, Magic Crit Potency, Magic Crit Rate, Magic Accuracy, Attack Magic Potency, Healing Magic Potency

Any Tank Combat Stat
Stat Include: Strength, Dexterity, Vitality, HP, Crit Evasion, Crit Resilience, Magic Crit Evasion, Parry, Evasion, Defense, Enmity, Magic Evasion, Block, Block Rate

Id love to get some theorycraft or an expert tell me I misgrouped something/mislabled something/forgot someone.

Just took a look at your site and it looks pretty good. Just something I saw that nagged at me a bit. There are some missing borders on the right side of some tables in the recipes section. This usually comes from table cells not having the same colspans or rowspans. Just a heads up...yes I am a web developer :p

Hey... I am working on a Gear Finder... You input your class -> Pick your most important stat and it finds you the optimal gear to equip. Heres graphic of the work.

I have to tweak the formula - but I think a system where standard deviation is measured and compared to current stat value of returned items. Its not available public until I can tweak this enough to not cause raging.

Fixed it - ended up being a CSS border-collapse issue.

Hey mate, where did you get the data for the food? My LS is testing them out, but we aren't getting the stat boosts your site says the food has.

Hmm, could it be that on the food the green numbers are what stats you were supposed to be at for optimal effect? I really hope that system is thrown it, it was silly to have atk food that required you to gimp your own str.

Edit: One more thing I just thought of. What if for things like the dyes, you linked them or gave the nodes and jobs which they can be gathered from? I know 90% of them because our LS has it posted on our forums but for others without those resources, might be rather cool. ;)

Would be nice if the gear found by gear finder listed where it was from e.g. Verdant Sceptor - Dzemael Darkhold, Mask of the Mortal Hex - Natalan, Steel coffer etc. Unless it already does somewhere and I'm missing it.
