Regarding the Moogle tribe mount dandelion thing

I saw a moogle balloon in the list of mounts (from some data thread) but I thought the reward for these beast quests was the fluffy dandelion?

1. Maybe they are both rewards from the Moogle Beast Tribe storyline
2. The Dandelion is a reward from the Moogle Beast Tribe storyline and the other mount is something players can craft by buying special materials from the Moogle vendor.
3. The second Moogle mount is not related to the Beast Tribe quest and is a reward from somewhere else.
