My original character was a female Roegadyn:

This time around, I made a Highlander then used a Fantasia to switch to female Elezen. Though I find they are not that common either.

It seems every female character out there is Miqo'te or the new race.

Roegadyn are awesome! I played a lady one for a while and the only reason I switched away is I am fickle about my characters in MMOs. The character I fell most in love with was a Duskwight, now a cat, probably will be a Duskwight again.

Honestly of all the female models in this game the lady Roes are probably my favorite.

She may be an alt, but here's my beautiful Roe, Wandering Rose.

We have a femroe LS on Sargatanas, it's usually hovers between 100-120 members, we cull the inactives and non-femroes about every 3-4 months, to make room for new femroes.

I'd like to see more Roe than Miqo'te honestly.

Then again the cats pretty much look the same but just have different colors to me. Roe on the other hand can look elegant.

it's like this coat was made for male roes.

I have tried several races (Lala, Au Ra, and Highlander) and I love the Roe most of all. I have two currently, but I can't see ever changing. I find my character enthralling, quite beautiful, and while some outfits cut wrong on me, there are PLENTY of other ones that look awesome. Go Roe, you won't regret it!

I've been Roe ever since I started playing. Still sitting on my veteran fantasia and I doubt I'll ever use it save for possibly a height/muscle tone change.

Didn't take long for this thread to turn into "Show your Roe" (more like hijacked) Some servers have more of us, some less. My server for example has seen an increase in femroes after 3.0 release. Not by much but noticeably more. Back in 2.0 i could play for weeks without seeing another one besides myself. Now i see them everyday.

Can confirm a Roegadame here!!!! Cactuar has a pretty sparse population of Roes ^^, with that said i'm glad someone linked the "Show Your Roe" thread its probably the best place to meet up with other roes that could possibly be on your server!

This is pretty much my main problem with some Roegadyn (and elezen/highlanders). Some (Note, not all or even the majority) seem to think just cause their race is rare that they are special and can insult other peoples choice of race.

I have no problem with Roegadyns or any of the above races for that matter, play what you enjoy after all. But what is the point of tying to insult others for their choice?

It's always disappointing to see someone that you had known as a Roegadyn suddenly appear as something else.

I've seen so many Roegadyn I've known Fantasia into a Miqo'te or Au Ra. Sort of depressing really.

Pretty much. It's like some people can't say that they like one thing without insulting/disparaging the alternatives in some way. Sometimes I wonder if they just don't understand any other way to express themselves or something, I dunno.

For example, I think Midlanders all look pretty samey-boring but I don't come to the forums bashing every one I see. I rarely even mention it. Everyone likes different stuff. It's neat. Life in general would be terribly boring if we all liked the same things.
