Funny Names!

We have an Incredible Hulk on my server.
Oh and my alt Pocketsized Grandpa.

Once had a tank in DF called You're Doomed

On DF. I once had a lalafell paladin tank with a little sprout named "Cant MakeIt" .

It was sort of an underdog scenario and was his first time in the dungeon. I was so attentive to his hp just to make sure he made it.

When we reached the last boss he asked "can I make it?"

Fun memories. I think he was on Tonberry.

Vanishing sasquach, bikini time and hot potato on my server spring to mind ;) also seen Jackie chan and chuck norris but haven't seen them around for a while.

"Boner Soup", more disgusting than funny, but apparently acceptable because supposedly reporting him had no effect. - That's funny..

Zodiark has some nice ones to offer, among the "Character Name", "First Second" and lovely German names like "Klapp Stuhl" (Foldable chair)

Darth Maulafell

DRK called " Bacon Donut" .. ( at least he sounds tasty. w8 what...?)

Character named "Dirty Paws" (plays an Aura so.. yeah...)

Character named "Tunnel Vision" (funny bot of the more creative names ive seen so far)

Got a few others but those would only make sense for german people so.. yeah.. thats all ive got XD

My sister has a tendency to see a retainer on the marketboard called, 'Butt Scratchaaaa'....

I was Miqote but I changed to Au ra recently, so I might change back...

I do have an alt called Dirty Claws which is an Au ra.

Actually, this might have been the one I was thinking of - I just accidently swapped 'Incredible' with 'The' xD

I also was in Copperbell with a stoic looking Highlander named Arnold Schwarzenegger, complete with shades, my hero.

A Lalafell named Patch Threepointtwo, filling /shout with "See you next Easter!"

We have a "Tucking Fypo" on cactuar, I'm always laughing whenever I see him.

So, your old server had a character who's name was basically The Black Plague/Death? Would have been even more Ironic if he played SUM/SCH considering they have Virus and Miasma for spells.

I had the fortune of seeing a big, greenish Roe wearing nothing but pink shoes, a Leopard print speedo, and a flower lei named Ovarian Barbarian. Mind you, this was only about an hour into playing the game for the first time lol It was quite the welcoming sight :D

I hope it's not found to be offensive, but I have an alt named Mike Litoris. I created Mike because my main was stuck on Excalibur, at the beginning of 2.0, and I had RL friends on Mateus that I wanted to adventure with. After a couple months or so of playing with Mike Litoris, server transfers from Legacy servers became available and I transferred my main to Excalibur and neglected poor little Mike and didn't play as him anymore. I did get my fair share of LOLs at Mike's name though. =)

I got told my name is apparently a popular alcoholic beverage in the Philippines or something?

It wasn't intentional at all.... Cherry was like a nickname I had before and Fortuna a beloved pet NPC I had in another MMO so I just reused old names. Fortuna had always been a ongoing name I used in MMOs, as well as "Karma" but I'm not a determinist or anything. I just enjoyed Philosophy class in college.

But no, apparently Fortuna is a tasty beverage and Cherry is a most common flavor of said beverage.... That is my destiny... ; ; I am a drink. I'm tasty apparently though? So there is that.

I met a player named "Angry Wife" and his choco was named "Gamer Hubby"
When I asked him about he said his wife gets really angry when he plays. Chocobo was named gamer hubby so she could ride him into battle.

She was named that way long before the race was announced though. When HW hit, she switched to Au Ra of course, so now she is known as Au Ra the Au Ra :cool:

Might not be funny per say, but I have once more encountered one of Balmung's most enigmatic players. Urband Legend. Haven't seen them online in months.

I ran into the one on Gilga the day they announced the new race was going to be called an Au Ra, so they obviously weren't an Au Ra. I haven't seen them since so I assume they were just a joke character, that probably never got deleted, so no one else could take the name.

I've been trying to keep my eyes out for any other funny names, but I haven't seen many.
Ifrit Egi (a member of my FC, I do believe they have friends named Titan Egi and Garuda Egi, but I've never actually met the other two)
