Indeed, I am done with Esos/Alex. I've done it way too much. I hate doing the same thing over/over.

Lets just say they made "Black Mage" gear worthless, and they had to regrind it all. People on the forums would come in and say LOL JUST REGRIND IT ITS ONLY A FEW WEEKS!

Since it doesn't effect them, they don't care. That is how people are in FFXIV, its a solo game.

Everyone regears with every patch cycle, as the ilvl increases.
Quite literally everyone (whos 60) will be put on the same level.

I guess? Except people will be undergeared at start due to having full right strength instead of vitality. That is a big disadvantage in health, unless we are getting a temporary buff for a month that increases our HP to compensate.

Let me remind you that OP is the guy who threatened to quit the game because he didnt like the monkeybutt helmets from last heavensturn. This shouldbe an indication on how seriously people should take his complaints.

Alright, but I have a good reason for complaining. My gear became worthless, when it was viable before said nerf on a non-expansion, non-levelcap increase.

If it was done at level 50 when level 60 was increased? I would not have minded because it was a new expansion. Everyone has to regear.

Everyone will replace gear with higher ilevel gear (be it from tomes, raid or market board), regardless of eso str or eso vit

just looked up the one 60 tank you have, and its all proto acc. except for 1 ring. if you are going to say that after getting the ones you have, you havent touched alex at all after, im going to have to call you a liar. and to clear this up, tanks are the only jobs that had this come up because they are the only ones that are affected by two stats in regards to survivabilty/utility. no other job would or should use any acc besides the ones made for them.
also, anyone gearing tanks has to get vit gear now.

Its a non-expansion, so the gear you have now will still be good. Its not like we are going from ilvl 100 to 200. It is a slight increase in power. If this was level 60 to 65, or 70? I would of not even mattered or cared or made the thread because its a global change.

Realistically you aren't going to find many tanks without a set of fending accessories because the game gives you need priority. While people may not of used them because they wanted more dps its not like they don't have them. Tanks still need them for that situation where you need more hp.

People doing the hardest raids are not going to have a lack of gear. Even to get entry level to alex 2 savage, gearing will be easy with eso tomes will be unlimited and alex savage 1 will have no lockout so that is a couple hours at most to get new fending accessories in the small chance that someone doesn't have them.

Its nice when you change something in the game as a "main stat" to offer players effected by said change in their "main stat" a way to get the "new stat" so they are not at a disadvantage. Its MMO 101.

Eso are gonna be uncapped anyway. Get off your butt and farm for a couple hours and you'll be golden.

You do realize Neverreaps not part of the expert roulette right? And capping out on Eso's is really not hard at all, just do an expert once a day, takes like 6 days to cap playing for about 30 to 40 minutes a day.

I have more then 4 characters, and more then 2 60s. However I corrected that mistake and hid them all again, since for some reason the game decided to reveal some of them to the public.

because hiding anything that could lead to the truth is a good idea :rolleyes: . interestingly enough, it shouldnt be too hard to get a past page from before you hid them, so it doesnt change much. the damage is done tho.

Spend more time playing the game and less time posting and you'll have all the accessories you could ever want.

There's no need for "refund", there's a good 4 weeks before 3.2 so that's enough time for 4 mhachi farthing + 4 fending accessories, perhaps even 5 accessories if you've yet to cap Eso and clear void ark this week.

Unless you run Savage you'd be stuck with an i200 ring (or i210 slaying with i210 fending) but yeah there's enough time to acquire an almost full set of eso jewelry before 3.2. I'm aware people might prioritize Eso toward other classes at this point late in 3.1, myself included but i gotta prepare my PLD for the next patch.

Put them on a DPS or experiment with the new formula for 3.2 tanks. Otherwise all you're going to get out of them is an eventual item for desynth if they cant be converted.
