Updated. So we're basically reforming due to half the group leaving in rapid succession for a wide variety of reasons. Would be good to get some more dedicated raiders this time around. Currently we are 2 tanks and 1 healer and looking for everything else. Thanks!

Perhaps your static can consider recruiting raiders without having to join your FC, just maybe. Most people aren't comfortable and if you want to progress faster, I don't see why you should require raiders to join your FC. My 2cent ofc, cheers and good luck.
