Pretty sure NoahArks isn't "done" with the classes they've leveled, just done with leveling. I have to agree, I find leveling mind numbingly boring, but some find it fun so to each their own.

I was lucky I decided to "push" before the FATE pt die down. so, it was pretty much each week, I can get one job from lv50 ->60.
crafting job is pretty much just do the daily GC submission and use up all the leve credit. so the leveling process for me wasn't that painful.
First of all, for anyone who has a regular job, the monthly fee is just like an average lunch money... it's nothing...so take the time to un-sub and re-sub actually takes more effort than just keep it on... Also, I'm a legacy member, so it's like nothing to me. cancel the sub wasn't even cross my mind.
I don't really play high end content. That means for me the actual gaming events was cap the eso. However, I perfectly know this is the online game. So, I spent lots time to "stalk" my game friends (I randomly pick one person on my friend list and go visit them). I involved with lots official forum contests that I would take 100-200 screenshots and pick one of them to submit. I joined the community project like help out ppl's video making. So, to me this is just a fancy Social media software where
- I can take a fly at Dravania Foreland and enjoy the super music (while chatting with friends)
- go to desert just to see the first sun raise (while chatting with friends)
- stalking random street ppl and feed them cookies (I got lots random friends from it XD)
- going into Void Ark just see what type of people I'll meet today
and this! Glamours is the real end game! Yesterday, I just spent so much time to find the pants a random Roe is wearing cus I saw the belt and zipper which I never notice they are exist... I grinded the elite dungeon for 2 days just to get the mage top hat, and then lv59 dungeon to get a matching boots.
but you know this is just a personal things... most people need to realize why someone live happily and someone live sad, it's not the environment, it's self... fun ppl will always find the meaning and events to live happily.
I would continue logging in on a normal basis. I still do lots of things that have no basis on leveling characters.
I'm very social and love talking to people.
Hold special player-run events.
Practice RP (getting more into this with the help of a friend).
Help FC mates level.
Help newbies in the game with their classes and answering any questions about the game.
Jump into raids when I'm bored (I use raids as a time-killer to prevent burnout from turning them into a chore).
Farm glamore items.
Practice crafting.
Farm rare mats for people.
Etc.
As a Legacy player, who when ARR lunched had all but the new class at 50. What did I do whit all those classes maxed? What ever I want ! (also helps having a short attention span in game). Gearing up, helping friends. Can't get a Qued for Duty, switch to tank and get in right away. There is plenty to do besides leveling up, even more so when all the options are on the table.
Now whit 3.0 I have all my DoW/DoM at 50 and slowly but surly getting them to 60. (man leveling still feels slow now, I tell ya).
Keep subbing while your having fun, stop when your not.
I would get frustrated with the fact that I can't efficiently use them all as it's impossible to keep their gear up to date thanks to all the lockouts.
I have all 60s, in general I levelled up by doing daily roulettes.
Since I have all 60s I just play as usual but feel very relax as I don't need to consider EXP efficiency anymore.
And the game became much more interesting now because for example, I don't need to run story roulette daily..etc ^^;
I tend to roll alts vs leveling classes for a different aesthetic and story vs FATE grinding.
Good way to do things? Noooope.
Especially since classes I like I end up leveling on Gale anyway with the armory boost.
If I had more inventory space I would actually love to level everything on Gale but I'm an item hoarder.
Take a break, relax, and mentally prepare for the relic grind.
I have just about everything I want at 60, so now it's just about gearing my crafters/gatherers and endgame (aka glamours!).
This is actually what I've been working on for the past couple months. Already have 5 combat classes to 60, soon to be 6. Once I achieve that goal, I'll probably move on to Gathering. Not so sure I'll be trying to get any crafting classes to 60, though.
But anyway, to answer your question... I would probably work on gearing those classes, help my fellow FC members with whatever they need to do, or maybe even take a small break and play some other games for a while. I don't think I would ever unsub and never come back. Eorzea is like my home lol.
Naw. I'm getting there myself. Out of combat jobs: Monk, Dragoon, Ninja and Dark knight to get there, gatherers fisher is the last one that will hit it soonish, crafters I level ad hoc when I get some turn in item or just do some stuff etc... There's always something to run, do and if that runs out can always start working on an alt.
After I got my Main and Roulette class* to 60, I just now do it for the boredom to level everything else... I don´t really "level them" as I just do Daily Roulette for 50, Low, Story and when Esos are capped, the Trial Roulette.
As well as i usually hit the Fate Agenda Goal by doing the Chocobo Agenda.
This way, I hit now 60 on 8 combat classes, 3 gatherers and 3 crafters (all leveled by GC Trade in´s primarly...)
You could say, it come´s all by itself, cause only endgame/raiding with main would not take much time of the week.
*I have a Healer and Tank for quick invites and catering the needed class bonus
I will not level all jobs to 60, I always lv every crafting /gathering to max and a few fav jobs and thats it.
I have no interest in some of the jobs...at all.
Mind you I would not unsub either. When I reach my personal "finish" point in any game I tend to start dabbling in other games more often, but always keep my subscriptions active.
:p
had all 60s about a month ago. i am enjoying the freedom of not having to do your dailies (apart from Expert for easy esos). now i can catch up to whatever i mounts i didn't have before, making another relic (but too lazy to do), or just whatever comes up. Geared most of my jobs with RavEx weapons at least since i don't raid anymore, and now working on 2 star gears for my DoH/DoL jobs. pretty exciting actually :)
Plus, you can actually come as whatever job is needed by your friends and have more fun!
