Declining American player satisfaction - Future of game in Yoshido's hands

I am a Graphic Designer, Photographer, Printer and Packager in RL and have several jobs @ 60 and the rest above 50 in FFXIV, pointless but there you go.

No but you can find people you enjoy and play with them. I do most of my duties now with friends or FC members.

I would definitely run content with you....as long as it's in separate parallel instances, where we didn't actually have to socialize or see each other. <3 MMO's where you can individually play with others.

Ok aside from the fact your posts don't make much sense OP, what I do take away from this is you think just because someone isn't playing this game 24/7 means they hate the game. Which is dumb... -_-

While yes, I'm sure lots of people are taking breaks (myself included, playing "Fallout 6" everyone!! WOO! =P) but that doesn't mean they aren't coming back or that they hate the game.
My subscription is still going & I pop on once in a while to see who's in the FC, but for the most part I'm enjoying some single player games atm.
Just because I'm not playing XIV doesn't mean I hate the game or find it boring, just means I don't feel obligated to play XIV all day, everyday.

Also you can't use only your server & what a few players said on your server as proof that the NA crowd is "dissatisfied" with the game.
Last I checked Siren wasn't the only server on XIV... >_>

Yoshido sounds like a good name for a new class/skill. SE should take note.

I mean, how does one even know that the US community in a specific world is declining? And to you're own point saying "WE have the cash", then go transfer... YOU have the cash apparently. I thought about how to respond to some of your points individually, but I haven't had my morning coffee yet so I'm somewhat at a loss. Actually, I'm a little more than halfway convinced that I'm still asleep and this thread is just an incredibly odd and vivid dream. Suffice it to say that I am an American player too and you do not speak for me. As for your crafting woes, perhaps this level 60 1★ macro will help a bit with that. Also, you can edit your original post to bypass the 1000 word limit.

Strangely enough, if you assume the OP is from a parallel universe, it all makes sense.

Yoshido is Yoshida's parallel universe evil twin, complete with goatee and who's sole purpose is to run FF14 into the ground after a successful and profitable 1.0 launch.

Bethesda went the way of Ubisoft and Activision and decided to make all their big franchises into annual releases similar to Assassin's Creed and Call of Duty in this universe. Fallout 6 was just released and now they are working on The Elder Scrolls XIX: The Clone NPC Wars.

The vernacular of society has been altered greatly by internet and forum speak and so basic grammar, spelling and vocabulary is seen as antiquated and is confusing to the average person.
Wait ... guess that part is the same in this universe.

Attention, this entitled American does not speak for us Americans. While I think there's QoL and gameplay improvements to be made, I love playing this game and I'm perfectly happy with being a "socialist" player in cooperative dungeon encounters.
