You saying you WANT to fate grind because that actually sounds like the actual fifth circle of hell....

Some people actually like FATEs. Guild Wars 2 was built on them. And speaking about Guild Wars 2...
I want losses in FATEs and open-world content to actually mean something!
When Dragons attack and defeat the defending Ishgardians, I want their camps to fall back and move to a different section of the map. Similarly, it might change enemy spawns, gathering nodes, and add some rationale to the elite hunts appearing where they do.
Would like to be able to partner up on "all" Duty Roulettes not just hard and expert!
Besides 1.0's Path Companions coming back.... I'd love for the railway in Thanalan to be made as an actual form of transport to and from Ul'dah into Thanalan like the small ferries used in Limsa Lominsa and Gridania. It seems odd there's a railway and it has no actual gameplay function. Please SE, let us catch the train! :D
Yeah I have a long wishlist
- The old Macro icons system as a special sub command (seriously who needs cooldown timers on gearset macros?)
- Tokens for 2.0 EX Primals, Crystal Tower, and Binding Coil
- The Dark Discord and Crystal Silence shields from Lightning Returns
- Blue Mage, with White Wind, Lumisphere, Double, Triple and other mob only moves
- Spellfencer, with the En-spells working like stances
- New Macro icons for symbols like those of the twelve (only 7 of the 12 sigils are implemented and Byregot got 3)
- A multi-expansion series of dungeons, raids and trials with a meta plot, something that is stretched out through out multiple xpacs and patches, as an alternative to Primal themed raids for progression
- Color cycling gear, gear that goes though all the colors of the rainbow (preferably made using Rainbow threads) but is only one color at a time
- More gear named after their color like the Vermillion tank gear of AK and WP and the Crimson gear form CT
All the hair options ever in existence.
If I could add 1 thing it would be horizontal content.
If I could add something else it would be endgame guild content.
The ability to wear two different eye-patches at once.
im not sure about this, the MSQ actually stop/slow that BOT from grinding level straight out to profitable level now, they will stuck forever on shard gathering as long the MSQ is still needed for progressing. i think one of the reason why completing ARR MSQ is prerequisite for HW is for stopping bot, they will remove the MSQ prerequisite for 4.0 anyway, i remember they say that.
my wish is gear leveling/enchance/progressing, not like f2p/p2w generic MMO out there where fully enchanced equip have like 100-300% more power an need A LOT of time and money to enchance the gear, what i want is just 20-30% more power but you can complete fully enchanced gear (12 slot) in 40-50 hr playtime, adding that to enabling materia slot to EVERY SINGLE equip in this game, we have potent horizontal progress for gearing in this game
If I was saavy with these sort of things, I might design a mobile phone app that parses the lodestone for character profiles, and then allows you to thumbs up or thumbs down a player on a once daily basis or something.
btw, if I could implement anything I want into the game ... it would probably be some sort of FF9 fanservice. Silver dragon mount would be cool. And i'd take just about any character's outfit for a veteran reward. Oh and a ipsen's castle dungeon where lowest item level is the best. and a Memoria raid where the whole dungeon is a montage of everything you've done in the past. and a personal trance mode that you can activate instead of limit break which makes all your stats go up by a lot for a limited amount of time instead of just doing one big attack. chocobo hot and cold added to gold saucer ... yearly event in town called festival of the hunt where monsters invade the city states and we have to take them out and get cool glamour rewards and whoever kills the most monsters in the server wins a title. and ... and ... I guess I'll stop there ... lol
Crossbows for bard.
I'm generally pleased with the game overall, there isn't anything where I'm like "OMG MUST SEE THIS," only a few things I'd like, I'd be happy with any one of them:
A Chrono Trigger event. (With no mention of Chrono Cross obviously).
Samurai tank.
Red Mage melee dps.
All gear you obtain having it's template saved so you can mix and match to your heart's content without glamour prisms.
A new class armed with a rocket launcher that fires exploding chainsaws.
Tri-Ace made combat. Bored to tears clicking either 123 for 456.
More depth.
To everything.
100% copy of rift design, housing dimensions, hands down.
Red mage tanks.
If I get a second, glamour catalog.
Arcade games made by Square Enix.
IT would work like triple triad as long as someone else is clicking the arcade for example they could add.
Ehrgeiz arcade that fighting game and then we could fight each other.
Maybe some other idea's like that for golden saucer but definitely Arcades it would make the golden saucer thrive and give people something to do also it would be really cool since we already have controller support.
hmm...
1. Blue mage
2. Dancer
3. Samurai
4. going to second the horizontal progression and more interesting stats
and for the people who want a glamour log something akin to Diablo III's transmog system should work
Dancer, Whip Job that isn't Beastmaster......WHIP HEALER *Uses Lifeline skill*
Housing Revamp.
One year down the line, Ishgard might open its doors to new purchases. With deeds in, people will be able to buy/sell/trade old world housing for the new prime spots.
One year and one month down the line, the housing areas in high pop servers will be stuffed. Again.
I really don't like the idea of being forced to save millions of gil and praying that there's actually a house I can buy at any given point in time, and instead work my way up to my own house. Maybe start small and save millions to increase my house's potential instead. Increase in size, relocation options, that's what I want to blow my money on. Not someone who's become uninterested in their plot and wants to sell a small house for 50 million.
I'd prefer it to be a certain thing that anyone can get at least one per account, instead of a contest of wills and deep pockets. I'd like it to be a money sink to make my house the best instead of paying someone else for their good fortune.
notice board so Ican use pf and notice board in same time , notice board for recruitment lf pt selling some thing lf some thing need help any thing you want to say so you don't have to leave pt to make pf .
World Pvp!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd love to add relevance to anything that happens in the middle. All the stuff that happens before level cap/endgame. Right now its all a rush to get to the end because that is the only place where long term goals are met.
removing of any gear/content lockout.
I would much rather have what they were doing from the start, people use controllers and I don't want skill macro bars to be packed. where I am confused on what I can use and add more macro bars to clutter my view of the screen.
Example would be this.
Gladiator changed to Paladin and the paladin had a new job set of skills.
So it would be like this.
Paladin > Knight with new job skills
Warrior > Berserker
White Mage > Priest
Black Mage > Warlock
Ninja > Asssassin
Make a it where when you click job you can choose which class like say Paladin or Knight and choose what you want to macro.
So you can save your paladin job with all the old skills or save your new job with all the new skills.
adding tons of new jobs in the process without losing your favorite class.
Even if they add new jobs like redmage or bluemage and so on it gives the old jobs something to look forward to its just a thought.
Be able to glamour anything from any class (save for weapons, of course).
Cosmetic: the wardrobe system from SWTOR
Functional: Either a statement rebalance to increase the importance of secondary stats or proper set bonuses (reduced ability cool down, procs etc).
Some of these were mentioned, but I want a complete list, so:
Horizontal progression
Fun proc effects on super magic gear instead of simply +5 dexterity
A glamour log
More than one job choice for most of the classes
A new interesting battleground that isn't: go to the center of the area and ignore the mechanics (Like a siege of blitzball)
Some mistery that doesn't end up being a damned Allagan machine. (Looking at you, seal rock)
A housing garden pond with the feature of fish feeding and breeding, a fish race in gold saucer and a whole new fauna of green fish in HW.
If this was not possible...
More weapon customizable options (more dot damage, enhanced heals, decreased TP cost, decreased MP cost, 10% damage reduction, 5% damage increase, 20% CD reduction etc.).
This game feels too standard at the moment. Everybody was so hyped at first because everything was fresh new, if they do not come up with something people's gonna get bored eventually (I know I am...only reason I haven't unsubbed is because SE is my favourite company, Yoshi is the man and...I truly want to keep liking this game, it has given me too many good moments).
I would like a bit more individuality in jobs. that is the only thing i want, like i don't want my black mage to be the same as yours (i know player skills make the difference in that depratment) ,but i haven't seen that in any game lol i know it is too much or hard to do cause in the end you end up with the best rotation no matter how much diversity there is in a class i understand that, but somehow i would like them to do it, or at least make job specialisations, like 3 mains, like with crafters, that sort of thing
