These two are kinda my two hopes for future of FFXIV.

For 3.1 I just hope that Airship Voyages will be fun enough to hold subscribers untill 3.2. ^^

Difficult 4 man dungeons where the easiest dungeon has the same difficulty as Pharaos Sirius before they nerfed it.

Something to do other than what i'm doing. Literally any other avenue through which i can cap esoterics every week.

increase the red scrip limit and amount to trade to red scrip. (Seriously why should you wait 3 weeks for weapon and 2 weeks for top and bottom? :( )

Duty Finder for 4-man dungeons allow you to set credentials that allow you to join a DPSx3 Healerx1 group. Since there's no tank, the difficulty should scale based on average overall iLv of the group entering.

The devs said they're adding some sort of system to take away houses from inactive players....however they never said if the system will take inactive players houses away immediately (3.1 drop), or if it'll be months and months and months of waiting for it to happen.

While I already have a private house that I'm happy with, my FC sold it's medium house and is looking to upgrade to a mansion. My FC has been waiting for quite some time now.

My gut says it'll work similarly to the way FC leadership transfers happen in the case of an inactive leader now, so after some pre-determined period (probably 30, 60, or 90 days, likely starting from 3.1's release), if the house's owner or FC hasn't made use of the plot in some way, it'll be released. I doubt they would just spring it on people right when the patch drops, as that might result in some disgruntled returning players.

island exploration beeing competetive open world content with actual usefull rewards and not limited by 100 caps and lockouts

My fingers are crossed that 3.1 will make me want to log into the game again. Whether it's the 24-man, the airship exploration, the relics... or all of the above. I need content to do because it's FUN. Not because I feel obligated to (gotta grind those ESOs because well... that's just what I gotta do). Variety is key.

My sub runs out at the end of December (literally December 31st). Whether or not I play this game into 2016 wholly depends on the quality of this patch. For me personally, it's the most important patch this game has received so far. They've had 5 months. It better wow me.

Three things, two from a picture.

There is an NPC in Bluefog sporting the Immortal Flames' version of Junior Officer (2nd LT - Capt) combat gear. Also you see him standing at ease, feet spread and hands behind his back with his head tilted up. I want that pose, I want that uniform (lv60 GC gear?), and I wan at least the last two junior officer ranks unlocked.

Lore. And new dungeons to run, which might actually motivate me to cap. I did enough runs of Everweep for my law, starting the treadmill over again only a couple of weeks later for eso really killed those dungeons for me. Having two new ones just might do the trick.

He did not say that as far as I'm aware, just that you'll be trading in time for power, aka Atma and the steps after that.

I am really hoping that the new exploration content/24-man raid isn't locked behind having an FC airship. I am part of a tiny FC that simply can't afford to make an airship and I will be totally bummed out if a considerable chunk of Patch 3.1 requires an FC airship.
