Lightning/Snow Event

Put it in the cash shop and end this mess.
My exclusivity will be the memories of the event and the cutscenes I have access to at the inn. That's good enough for me.

I have yet to see a change.org petition to actually change something

i think new players should a ether have chance get this item too i love get my self or put in mogstore i would buy it. i think please no more lightning folks need stop complain every time some ask for this they had it. let equal the playing field please and stop complain when you have items

*raises hand* I was around for the events... no longer play the character(s) I got the stuff on. I guess an alternative would be to unlock these things account-wide on the Calamity Salvager, but personally I don't have an issue with the event coming back for other people either.

I really had some poor timing with these lightning events. I unsubbed/took a break just before they held this event every single time and returned only to find out that I missed it all 3 times. At this point, I don't mind if SE wants me to throw cash at them for this stuff. I was stupid for missing it every time and I'd really like the opportunity to obtain the clothes/hairs somehow.

The items from the event won't end up on the mogstation unless they take the time to remove the stats from them.
If they put that stuff up on the mogstation without removing the stats they will be going against their stance which they have been very adamant about.
I would rather they redo the event. kinda hoping if they do they will add weapons for the 4 jobs that were added since the event passed

Lol, hopefully the event doesn't return. I loathe everything that has to do with FF13, since you can't even consider it one. I hope they'll come up with a FF15 nearing it's release date.

Enough is enough already, if you missed the event the three times it was available then it is your loss. There is thing called 'Life' and sometimes it means you lose out on things. Welcome to the real world where choices have consequences: if you chose to not play when the events were available the three times already, then that was your choice. It was an exclusive event, and should remain that way.

My vote is a solid: No. No to buying it, no to getting it at all.

They missed it, time to move on.

They can make it so that you get the code for the LR items if you purchase FF13-3.

Didn't they have an item that you can only get if you bought FF13 when 1.0 was still around?

I think the people that should "get over it" is those who keep crying to SE and posting over and over after a year and a half of it not coming back. The children are those who are having tantrums over not getting their virtual items like a child crying that they can't get their candy.

Not only do I hope they never bring the FFXIII event back, I also hope they never add any of it to mogstation. Because I'm sick of seeing people using Lightning's godawful hair.

no I'm suggesting that time and time again they said there would be no items with stats on the cash shop ever. so the level does not matter

instead of having the event return, cause the chances of that are slim.

Why don't you all start asking for the clothing and hairstyle to be a golden saucer prize? That would probably happen more than the event would.

player above me has no respect for anyone but him or her self as many player who don't want the lightning event to return but if was ff7 event they be all over it have come so they could uber stuff for it. learn to respect other who what just what you have gotten before you whine why it should be allow to return. because all i see is players who act like crybaby that think since they special that they should only one special. yes i did get legacy tattoo but i learn to respect other and realize that other players deserve equal treatment

This I could see since they never said the gear you get from Golden Saucer would be exclusively without stats. or they could add a mock lightning event setup in the Golden Saucer, it isn't like they don't have the room to do them as GATEs

Schools and sports events and stuff like that breed the whole everyone gets a prize can't feel special about anything people is how we get to this. This post won't make sense unless you read the whole thread which I know lot of people just jump to the last page after thread gets so many pages.

I completed the event and I have no problem seen it again /signed

I believe the event will be back one more time when they launch lightning returns for pc

I personally don't want to see the event come back, but.....The snow outfit is the best male glamor in the game, as most all the gear designs are ugly and feminine. Until the cloud out fit was release the snow outfit was all I had.

Is there any way a mod can make a sticky about this? I'm getting really sick and tired of seeing Lightning Returns topics cluttering the board because people are too lazy to use the search function.

Already had it 3 times already, just put it on mogstation, etc etc... we're up to our necks in FF13 in the game as it is :confused:. Let's have some representation from other titles.

Do you people even understand how ridiculous and whiny you look when you demand they repeat a discontinued event? Get over yourselves, you missed it.

I really wish people would stop asking for this event. They need to stick the stuff from it in the mogstation and be done with it.

They aren't going to stick that stuff on the mogstation without removing its stats.
I don't know how difficult this would be to do but it sounds like it wouldn't be worth the effort.
Though I couldnt honestly care less if that gear has stats on it or not.
Personally I think they should stick it in a GATE in the Golden Saucer then they get the gear where people can get it and stick to their word on not adding any gear that has stats to the mogstation

quite a few people felt this event disrupted things. though I don't see how. I enjoyed the event.
ofcourse many of these people who are against it don't want the event to return because they don't want to be reminded of the FFXIII series which a lot of people thought was horrible

grown can be use both way truely. the point i like make how much time do you guys spend on these forum and fight tooth and nail pervent the lightning event for coming how much do oyu spend in game.

From a neutral standpoint and imo (didn't attend the events / don't care whether or not it returns), ya'll all seem kinda petty - it's a virtual outfit?

it is petty of us but for my point i alittle anger about how ff7 trolls kept demand a remake ff7. they gave them lightning they weren't happy. they kept demand the remake of 7 they got. what good is lightning now those ff7 fan troll she stand cloud shadow. they weren't happy with that. i not anyone on the forum are troll and forgive me for called you all forum rats

It's amazing how many hateful player are posting here. And it happens every time when the Lighting case shows up. To me it happens because of only one reason, jealousy.
Why is it such a big problem if SE would allow another Lightning Event?
The Event would last a few weeks, done.
I for one didn't do the last event where one could get those 2 minions as a reward, because i don't care about minions. But it didn't bother me that the Event took place. I just ignored it and played the game as usual.
So again. I fear the only reason why those player are against a Lightning Event is childish envy.
