Would you pay for a "Premium" Server experience?

The thing you mention is what we should already be getting with our monthly subscription, its why people choose pay to play as opposed to free to play.

Not exaclty premium server, but we already have premium accounts (have to pay for 3 months in a very specific and limited time). And it don't cost more monthly fee, but less.
So, no.

I'm pretty sure that we already pay for a premium server experience. Were this a free to play game driven only by the cash shop, do you honestly think that server reliability and performance would be as good as they are? The whole point of a subscription model is that you are paying for that premium server experience compared to other online games that are free to play.

I can't justify it either. The price difference between normal sub and $40 is half of a new game not bought on sale or with Best Buy 20% discount. Far too much for a "premium" experience.
