If you're using Windows Vista or 7, it'll go into:

But I doubt I'll be able to play anytime soon..if it's going to be how it was when 1.18 was released, the game is going to crush down after about two minutes because of all the people trying to log in at the same time..:rolleyes:

The patcher is whoring my upload speed out at the end instead of letting me finish.. 96.2%, upload speed 615KB/sec download speed 2.9 KB/sec

SE seriously need to make work on the patcher a priority for various reasons, whether its people that dont know how to forward ports or people with no access to the router to forward ports, and alot of other reasons.

A HTTP download is simple to set up, just get a server to host the patch and allow access to the server via the internet to get it, the server would be in the DMZ for direct access via the internet and I cant see why they cant do it, also they could host the update in each region, so EU patches are hosted in London, US ones in San Fransico and Japanese in Tokyo, which will increase speeds for everyone alot.

I'm suprised SE hasn't already split the downloads for updates regionaly for EU NA and JP so each region can download faster, anything is better than the 20-50Kbps speed...reminds me of the horrid slow FFXI updater

I think it is violating the rules, because SE sees torrent downloads as using 3rd party software, so I would imagine they would think the same for this, for some reason.

I'm still at work but can you guys log in already? JP forum saying staff roll is updated like they said in patch notes + there is a dude saying check out the opening movie dunno if anything changed though, dude might just be trying to distract people.
