Everybody with a twitter account ask them when they will have a translator, and why they thought it was a good idea to put this out in one language.

Oh, I see, the FFXIV English twitter account is apparently translating. In that case, for us the interview is happening on Twitter and not Youtube Live

Are they saying those new maps implemented in 1.19? Or is this concept stuff 'planned' for future patches?

They already said they are going to type questions and answers on FFXIV_NA twitter account. go check it.
