I've seen idiots who kicked player without no reason.
I'm in adder below primal DC.

In my experience when i stopped leading coz i was tired of it a year ago in secure, my global win ratio went from a +70% to a 60% in less than 2 weeks, you can win some games but with luck or reallly good players in it, in my opinion an Alliance without a leader is a headless chicken, and Alliance with a bad leader is a cake.

It happens players see the vote kick and they just click accept without even seeing it. Personally I read them and I find 8/10 times its not for any type of valid reason.

From my experience ( and OP here), there has been a good reason for a person to get dismissed from the party.

I just got kicked from mael too, in seize. No idea why. I was typing something in chat that took a while, maybe they thought I was afk?

It's happened to me before, a couple of times playing NIN back in Slaughter. If I dont want to deal with the mess up at top, I would usually camp an enemy OP and just gank people there. Every match, I would usually get battle high and sometimes fever if I'm lucky. 0-3 deaths MAXIMUM. Usually this ends up with me actually being more supporting in terms of gaining kills for my team, as opposed to the other dps who go negative in their K/D. This also slows down reinforcements of the enemy team from reaching up top, as if there are multiple targets at OP they waste their time chasing me.

BUT, unfortunately I still get kicked because I am playing solo, despite what I actually am doing for the team. I guess it is a selfish way of playing, since I'm not technically with my team, but I dunno.

Stay with your team, dont go off alone. Thats how you stop being kicked.

I've been kicked once. Really not sure why. I was giving the alliance instructions (at the time, it was "start killing flames because they're 100 points from the win"), on top of being my parties only healer.
I've been in many matches where the alliance turned around a 300 point discrepancy for the win, though I personally didn't see it happening with that team. Especially so after the party kicked their only healer.
I'm not going to mull over reasons why they kicked me, I don't believe I had any valid reason to be, but the only thing that happened was them saving a loss on my record, I guess. Thanks guys.

Some people seem to hate the idea that there are players who wish to take pvp seriously. And that's just painful for everyone in pvp. :(

Camping spawn alone is just stupid you dont really help your team. Stay with your group easiest way to get high/fever and u dont even lose it. Worst thing is that you provoke the other team and they will chase your team without focusing on winning.

How is it stupid? It's called Slaughter. Outside of node killing, player killing and K/D matters the most in this mode. If mine is higher, how am I not helping my team as opposed to Mr.Dragoon who is going 0-8 up top? It doesn't matter anyway, its not really the point I was trying to make.

Stay with your team, and you wont get kicked. Thats it.
I play on Japanese servers so trash talking isn't really common place here, but if you are playing bad (or if the Alliance thinks you are) they will kick you without warning.

My reply was about Seize but still in slaughter its not that great maybe the loldrg died that much cause u didnt helped? anyways I'm not a big fan of spawn camping alone if I do it then with my teammates.

I am the guy which kick others players. Ever with reasons.

Me as bard and Astro near me, both in same party. A monk was chasing me and i was kitting him with shadowbind and repelling shot. My Hp was 50%, he used LB and i was killed. I am around 11k hp i could survive a melee LB if i am full hp.
What was the astro doing? Malefic 1 and malefic 2 spam. I received zero heals. I wrote "heals could be valued" and he responded "stop whinning". So i started the votekick and he left the Seal Rock match.

Others votekick are for players dying so much. 24vs24vs24 and you are dying 5 times!!! You spent more time dead than alive. You are not helping us so much. Specially if he is the healer and he is going alone. Lonely wolf are not allowed.

unless they are intentionally feeding kills to the enemy, afk or being extremely toxic i dont see the point in vote kicking someone out of a casual mode

I kind of wish I could see the scoreboard in-game (not post game) so I can see who is doing terrible. It's not gonna happen though because the toxicity rate would sky rocket, and I only want it so I can kick feeders too honestly.

Yup, after the math i see bards doing 15k damage or less. Tanks, dps or heals who does 0/5

I saw my friend pvp yesterday in JP Data center cuz he is in tonberry.

Along the match, they don't <pos> nodes,, and no whining in chat, no directions given to alliance, nothing spammed in chat. Not in Japanese / not in English. the Chat was clean the whole match.

They moved together as coordinated unites and have all focus in map and nodes spawn.

Coordination with no directions given? yet they won.

If that is the case with us.. chat is either spammed with " Eso farmers being trolls " , or " One or two ppl wanting to lead and shout at everyone ", or " ppl not noticing nodes spawn and others spamming chat with node <pos> " , or "someone whining about heals", " Chat spammed with weird stuff ", or " looking for the tiniest reason to kick players from match and threatening that player in chat " all in all is distracting and lead to loss >.>

I dont think a "clean chat" would work on other data centers there are alot of people who tunnel vision.

Want to know reason why? because ALL OF THEM HAVE COMMONSENSE! atm there is only handfull of players if even that who knows where to go, what to do and when w/o anyone telling them that. Im currently planning to drop PvP for good besides eso capping as i simply cannot handle retards in FL anymore.

They may be without telling you. I've had a healer (at the end of a match) admit to doing nothing but feeding kills to storms. He was very proud of himself. Now when I see someone who does nothing but runs around solo, getting killed over and over, I vote to kick him. Never had a time where the kick didn't go through. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against soloing if it helps the team. I'm against trolls running around doing nothing but losing us points.

The problem right there is you are with Pirates...
