I personally believe the shield that the Lalafell is holding is meant to represent Armourers.

Well, i wouldn't say it's Kan-E-Senna. If you notice well, only Gridanian banner has bending marks, indicating it's an older banner...

It's very possible it's a banner refered to previous gridanian company or previous Seedseers...maybe her mother...who knows. Because ther horns are very different, with Kan-e-senna one really looking more like a crystal and the banner girl looking more of a flower, as if she had multiples small horns.

EDIT: also, from what i saw from data mined Kan-e-senna model from last patch, ithere is no way she has such big boobs! =P Unless they're magic boobs that come with the dress =P

The Design of the maelstrom ships do not indicate that they are actual ship designs in-game, or in Eorzea, but rather decorative for the posters. Remember, these posters are intended to come off as artistic "recruitment posters", so naturally each Grand Company's artist would have embellished the details. Like the size of the lone woman's ba-dongos in the Gridanian poster, just to appeal to the "naturalists"... :p

I believe its a BSM or ARM in that LL poster (he is wearing the stereotypical crafting garbs) I think they are just alluding to having crafters part of the Grand Company (not fighting in the war but making the weapons of war). Also, I don't know if its already been said but the shield in the Ul'dah poster is already in the game (yes there is a shield with two "swords" sticking out of it). I would like to know if the Zweihander belongs to the Ul'dah company leader (and they are just showcasing it) or are we looking at a new weapon possibly? Also Gridanian women are well endowed

It's got a sword sticking out of both ends, but it doesn't look like the one in the pic...

I just thought odd she actually beind adult since the padjal (sp) often stop growing around 10~12yo.

It would be cool if these posters were hanging up in the actual city states in-game.

Thanks man! I printed all three out on glossy cardstock this morning, they look fantastic. Wish we could get some higher-def verisons of them; I would make larger copies...

Indeed! We are plenty of walls and task boards where they could be placed. ^^ Could even make some like elections...like having posters placed in different cities often ripped or with a local poster placed on top of it, half covering it. ^^

Trying to figure out the Gridania one now, I've gotten it about half done but it doesn't make any sense.
For now I'm gonna guess it's latin or something :x

Eorzean script is an English alphabet substitution cipher. It didn't seem like you were decoding it.

If I can shoot lances with my bow I would do it... seemed to worked pretty damn well for Archer Vs Berserker.

Gun shield > Lance Bow. No contest. As proof, you will notice on the Twin Adder poster that all the arrows fell mere inches from her foot. What you don't see is the rest of the poster that reveals she is giving out the order to behead the Gridanian who suggested using the two weapons at the same. Hence her 'I am not amused' expression.

Don't forget how the subligars leggings seem to extend below the knee. Maybe the boots that she's wearing, but one can hope for light leg coverings attached to the new subligars being released.

Oh, and that wooden thing with the handle on it behind the women in the Twin Adder's poster's bow hand

Actually if you ever played FFIV the Gridania model looks alot like Rydia without the green hair (the outfit is nearly identical)
are they hinting at a summoner job, or maybe a whip wielding class?
