There have been multiple times where I've seen a thread exposing legit complaints and get a lot of underserved hate, and I never had a problem agreeing with the TC regardless of what the majority thought...

But TC...no matter from which perspective I see this, you sound a bit ridiculous...
It is a fact PC gamers are the great majority of the FFXIV community...but even among PS4 players, I believe there are many people that do not give PSN trophies much importance, so it's understandable they politely rejected your suggestion.

TC, my advice:

Don't decide whether you are going to quit or keep playing over something like this.

That was my first thought as well. PSN trophies are at the mercy of Sony to implement. For all we know, SE sent them a list of the ones for HW and it's still sitting in some PSN dev's email box and they'll get around to it when they get around to it.

So am I! My subscription ends in the end of August so I'll keep playing until then. Maybe I'll renew in early Septem... Wait, isn't MGSV: The Phamtom Pain coming September 1st? Ups... better add those trophies until September, SE.

If you're only playing this game for the trophies to begin with, you're playing for all the wrong reasons... Though I suppose if you're a "Trophy Hunter" you also have Terminator and Barbies Horse Adventures on your Platinum list too.

That's your choice to make OP. I'm not sure why we need all the drama here about it though. I've moved on from thousands of games in my time and I have yet to announce a single one of them. I guess some people need attention though.

There are lots of games out there. Eventually you'll find one that satisfies your needs. Good luck to you.

Err.. too many assumptions. I've been playing videogames since I got my first GameBoy when I was 6 and it sure wasn't for the trophies... because there were none. I'm only a Trophy Hunter for the games I love, FFXIV being on of them. Honestly trophies would be a great motivation to continue to subscribe to the game because I've already beaten the main story and am currently farming gear for Alexander and Extremes. After you beat the game is just... grinding.

If they can answer questions about minions and add that useledd crap in the game they can add trophies aswell. And I didn't threaten anyone, I stated my position, you sound like I'm some kind of terrorist. Also, I've been reading these comments about entitlement... Of course I'm entitled in this matter. I'm paying for a game, I'm entitled as a consumer to demand something that I believe should be mandatory in any PlayStation game nowadays. It's up for them to action or not.
