Coming from other mmo's were pull as much as possible and aoe down, is pretty much the preferred method of everyone, I don't really understand the issue.
Why exactly are you complaining that you are moving quicker through a dungeon? (I'm genuinely curious).

If i spend time to collect powerful gear I want to be able to actually see it having an effect, like being able to tank much more, or heal the tank, or dps things down faster. Also only works for healers. If you're a dps or a tank then whether it's a small or big pull you shouldn't stop using abilities. It's not like you can over-tank or over-dps like you can with healing.
I just don't understand why people feel they have the right to just not try in group content. If you mess up or are confused, then fine; not everyone will be perfect and shit happens and some people are new. But the people with you aren't NPCs to support you, you're supposed to be a team working towards an objective. Show them some respect. -

There was a request for some of the reasons. I provided a few :D
I've regularly played in various guilds over the years with with drunkards, people missing a hand, the retired, even a few with MS. Online a larger segment of the population then you might realize is taking the opportunity to be treated just like everyone else for a change. Devs absolutely consider this group when balancing things, why do you think open world combat is so easy, in pretty much every mmo.
On Socializing, I find jokes are a pretty good way to earn commendations, almost as good as being the Tank. Yeah, folks still value socializing
On Challenge, once again drunk play, why do you think there are so many Bards, or folks that are simply inconsistent.
On small pack pulls its easier to get behind on the multiple pack pulls, heck sometimes the tank even sprints on the speedruns.

Good for you then. But Nadirah's post was rather explicitly saying the opposite: that one of the problems of speedruns was that they didn't have time to type stuff in the middle of the fight because they then got blamed for causing deaths. Blame well deserved because that's what happens when you're a healer who doesn't heal while in combat :P
