Mog station layout change and no HW early access anymore

So, on playstation 4(considering one has ordered the games early and entered the given codes), early access will be in SEN's system and all we have to do is just link that when we start the game? But it's not gonna show on the Mogstation? It's making me really nervous, I have installed the expansion and such things, I just don't know if I've done everything to get early access and there is no way to confirm it. *sadface*

Well that's a relief.

What about those who have ordered via the SE EU store. I got the early access code but no heavensward code, I checked my order it still says preorder with no code. Do we get the code before tuesday or what? Last thing I wanna be doing is trying to register heavensward once early access runs out and everyones hammering mogstation.

I'm aware of this, but it doesn't help. There have been no recent update info as to exactly when. Early access starts in a few hours, and I have not gotten the email from SE yet.

So do CE holders only have Standard Early Access showing on mog station as well? Then the CE bonus' will pop up to register to our service accounts once the 23rd comes I take it? (Digital HW CE Ps4 Customer)

I ordered the physical collector's edition off of the SE store (for PS4), I've EA confirmed, but is the code for the expansion proper in the physical box? Do I need to wait for my physical stuff to arrive? 'cos although I've had the money taken from my account, the SE store doesn't appear to have changed nor does it have any form of confirmation that it's coming. I'd rather not get booted out of the game for an unknown amount of time when the EA ends. :(

Early access runs until the 27th of June so plenty of time to receive your proper code.

I can imagine it will be shipped to arrive to you by the 23rd.

My Account still say I have early access.

Also does the full game have a separate code to use once early access ends or will our early access code be converted into the full game code once the game begins?

If it's a digital download then no extra codes. If it is physical then when you get the full game there will be another code to register to your account which will change it from EA to normal.

Ya I got the Digital download so I'm guess that the "O" will be placed on my account once the full game begins or sometime near the end of Early Access?

I guess that's how it will work. EA will let us play 3.0 as normal and once it ends, we lose access to 3.0 stuff until we use the typical registration code that the box comes with.

I know I am slow, but, I pre-ordered the digital PC collectors edition from the Square Enix store and entered my pre-order code on the mog station, so I do not need to enter another code before or on full release?

Just all versions are being talked about here and I am feeling (as usual) a bit confused.

Thanks, yeah waiting game. A second to learn and a life time to master. :) Oh well, I have yet to reach 50 and finish the main story so I will not even really get to access most of the expansion for a while yet, but still, I am looking forward to it.

Because people arent reading the full first page - this was your answer. Under Service Account Status -> Bonus -> Additional Items... and it'll be there.
You do not yet have HW full codes to add as the game is not released until 23rd.

Yes, there will be an actual product code that you have to enter for the digital PC version. If you ordered from the Square Enix store, then you will see it under -> Account Management -> Orders -> View Specific Order. It is where you got the preorder code from. However, it will not be there until the actual release date. The preorder code only allows early access until the 27th, and then you have to enter the real product code to continue playing.

If you ordered digitally from somewhere else like Amazon, then Amazon will email you the final product code usually or list it in the order download area upon actual release date.

Probably not. You just simply login to the account management on the 23rd and view that order to see the actual product code. This is of course, if you chose the digital version for PC.

Yep did that and just checked an it has no code next to registration code/s, so I will do as you suggest and check there on the 23rd, will also keep an eye here as I am sure someone will shout when they start to show up there.

Wait. Since Walmart isn't going to deliver my hardcopy until the 26th, does that means I'll have two days of no expansion service when the game goes live? (Technically, it might be 5 since they won't send me my early access code either...)

SE are extremely bad at this. If i have an EARLY ACCESS product purchased and registered, why the hell would I also then need to separately receive and manage ANOTHER code to access the game once the early access period is over?

It's not possible to purchase early access without purchasing the regular HW so why make things so confusing? So many different web sites for each aspect of account management - it's ridiculous!

What about PS4 digital? I've only got an e-mail for proof of purchase but no codes?

Is it because my PSN is attached to my XIV account that I don't have to worry about pre-order or Heavensward codes?

Correct. If you bought it on the PS4 through PSN, then it is already linked to your square enix members account. No need to do anything further, you are good to go for early access and release.

Because payment could have failed meaning you have the EA code but not 'bought' the game?

I think the SAME way! why they cause this frustration when i already paid for the game EARLY and not even the 23rd can play... i bough my copy on amazon so its like a week or more to receive my original physical game on my home... FAIL SQUARE-ENIX!! so much fail-to-use-mechanisms to just play a game i already paid for... even if not, they just should collect the money one day or two before of the early access codes sending...

There is a code for early acces and another one for the game because of the type of Heavensward you bought. If you have the collector edition, it will give you some bonus, if you haven't, you will receive nothing appart the bonus for early access.

For PS3 users, do you have to put in the early access code on both the Mogstation and when you launch the game on early access?? Just want to clarify.
