That's an interesting point. But i doubt it will effect much. I only said i was leveling my dragoon with the msq because that's my main and the msq XP will be the easiest and fastest way to level 60. Though i guess being a dragoon would make the most sense for the story. But it was awkward at the end of 2.55 when that one legendary dragoon showed up and i outgeared him by like 80 ilvls.
FISH ALL THE THINGS!
Craft, lots and lots of crafting!!! The market will need someone to fill those large demands...... I have my extra retainer ready!
I'm gonna take about 20 minutes to instantly get 51 off of saved leves and a couple quests.
After that, my friends and I plan to walk into Ishgard.
Walk, not run. Walk around and explore each of the town areas, find the guilds, then decide what to do.
after hours of wiping against the login boss?

Do MSQ with my SCH.
Dark Knight! Then main story quest.
Go to gold saucer do daily mini cactpot then log off..
Jk lol imma just take it slow and rush efficiently not blindly like some kid in an amusement park lol.
Got stuff to do, places to see, things to sell. Gotta go fast.
Log onto my alt, and use fantasia and change her to the prettiest of Au Ra.
Log out, log onto main, equip summoner, skip all the text in main quest and rush to 60.
I'm very impatient and so getting to level 60 is more important than some silly story to me
Get my MNK through main scenario and reach lv 60 as fast as possible then Blm
And after that its time to try Machinist.
Very first thing?
Unlock the three new classes.
Get four of us in the FC together.
Run Haukke Manor together, in brand new classes, with reading tooltips expressly forbidden.
Absolutely first thing, water my plants since after 24 hour maintenance and downloading the game they will be in bad shape.
Race change, class change to bard, haul arse as far as I need to unlock DRK, AST and Machinist, and level AST.
The very first thing: turning in lvl 40/45 crafting leves. Hopefully that should give me a good start on my LTW's road to 60. I still have a few days to decide whether or not I'm doing this for others classes as well (perhaps Fisher).
After this, it will depend on the servers :p If I can access the NPC/door to start MSQ then that will be it. Once in Ishgard I'll be: walking around like a tourist, unlocking the 3 new jobs to give it a go and see what they're made of, MSQ some more until unlocking the flying mounts, playing tourist in the skies around Ishgard.
And die miserably against the wild chocobos.
Finish my lv50 hunter log for some bonus XP :) turn in other quests.
do MSQ with DRG, capping it, working on new dungeons/primals and such.
then pick up one of the new jobs...maybe DRK...but there's some fun changes to many jobs, so i'm interested in most of them, except WHM/PLD/BRD.
WAR or DRK might be really fun with DD stances; i love aggroing stuff, and DD, but tanks generally aren't very strong, but now i can do both i guess - not that i expect either to be as strong as the DDs, but fun anyway.
MCH might be good, cause of melee having trouble hitting stuff that moves, but brd is kinda meh.
i'll cap all the jobs though, probably after MSQ. Then we'll see :)
Race change to Au Ra, check for poetic weapons for new jobs, unlock the new jobs, level to 60 as summoner while enjoying the HW main story. Akh Morn any and everything. :3
Then either level MCH or PLD.
First will be to run to the dragoon trainer and see if his dialogue was updated or not. News flash, moron. Estinien is back.
I'm going to play a game called Take-a-Shot-Every-Time-you-Fail-to-Login. Might pass out until servers are more stable. :P
Joking aside, I really want to get to the new areas as soon as possible, but my boyfriend and I will be doing everything together, so I dunno how good our pace will be. I'm really excited to try out Astro and flying. :)
Race change, than hand in the 50 leves I got ready for my GS than unlock mining and possibly start gathering while others flood the msq.
Try to get DRG to 50; also add CUL and BNT (whatever the initials are). Login with my BLM (main), welcome and congrats FC members for making through the gates to Ishgard with me. Main Story Questing it up and check out the new jobs. Also go nuts and explore!
Unlock AST while doing MSQ, after that leveling all DoH and DoL (ugh the grinding of pains again)
Finish my relic...yeah and get the new jobs while trying not to lag and DC. Fun times ahead!
I thought about getting some leve turn-ins ready to go, but then I figured that the high level ones they introduce in HW should have a better return of XP per leve used. I got 8 crafters and 2 gatherers (screw fishing...) to level up I need every point of xp I can get!!
First thing I'm doing is meeting up with my wifey, make sure we both go to the same starting area and get to Ishgard. DRK for me, AST for her, Haukke Manor spam for the both of us!
Create an alt Au Ra so I can play with their emotes/animations and check out their hempen gear.
Level my WHM to 60.
The depending on when I have my baby, either gear up WHM or swap to gathering/crafting til my baby gets into a decent napping routine. (Can't be doing dungeons/raids with a newborn!)
I am so undecided but I seriously cannot wait! A big part of me wants to jump on the gathering bandwagon whilst the goods are hot!
Whatever is required to allow me to FLY ASAP!!!
(Probably level up DRG to 60 first and do MSQ, FLY, then go back and level MCH, MIN, then PLD)
Play with my graphics and really check out the DX11 changes.
Start the MSQ with my War. After i tire out on the MSQ, ill jump on my miner and get it rolling.
I want to find a long term static and actually get into the end game raiding part of this game. I never got into coil, and its finished now. So if thers a brand new raid for HW would be a really good time for me to get into raiding.
I prolly will work on the MS as my whm and level it casually to 60. I'll prolly just bounce around MS, side stuff, back and forth just completing everything. Really hard to stick with just one thing in this game.
