I've been playing since the game was in closed beta for 1.0 and played XI for 8 years, I have never seen a case where SE spelled out why (beyond "harassment" or some vague comment like that) someone was banned. They've even stated on multiple occasions that it's actually against company policy to provide specific details surrounding a ban. If, somehow, you did get specific details then the person who handled your ban violated SE's clearly stated and long standing policy regarding bans.
