PlayStation 3 codes are still undergoing testing, but are scheduled to be sent in the days that follow the PS4 early access code distribution. We're still on track to deliver those ahead of early access so hang tight a bit more!

Those who got the PS4 digital CE won't need to do this right? Because I haven't gotten an email other than the psn store pre order email from sony, and i don't see a code or anything there.

I believe digital is fine its only physical we are waiting on, though from my understanding you still need 1 code that you put in on psn?

Glad we finally got an update. But im not going to get too excited until I have the code and it enters successfully. With all the testing they seem to have done they should work but theres a history of these codes not working on the first try and needing to send out second batches. Hopefully thats what took so long this time and they have it all worked out.

How are they "Still working things out with Sony" when the damn event is in less than a week?

And honestly, this is terrible. People like to have early knowledge that they safely have their spot in an event, not wait 'til the last minute or, WARKING FORBID, are given codes AFTER the event starts...

Seriously, I want to know if I'm getting in!

i agree. and whatever the issue was it was only with the NA version cuz EU and JP already had it. wish theyd tell us why it took an extra month- and the last minute- to get ours. hate it when its a big unknowable secret. like just say it.

Still waiting for mine SE, I bought the PS4 physical Collector's Edition in the SE Store and was charged on June 3rd already but I still don't have my code yet early access is only 4 days away C'mon!

Got my code. Oddly though it didnt go to my main email folder but was in my promotions folder, using gmail.

Also after entering the code on psn it says its for early access and Heavensward standard edition. But I ordered the collectors edition. Im guessing we have to wait to receive the physical package and enter another code for the collectors edition?

As I understand it, that is correct Ulath. Once you put in the CE code, you will get those items and be "upgraded" to the CE. It also worked this way for ARR, so it appears to be the same for Heavensward.

Got my code too! Did the download. But it didn't prompt me to link to my account, as step 5 in the email. Anyone else or is that actually at early access?

that happens after early access. There is a post on the lodestone that explains the steps in more detail.

Is this for the physical version only? I never heard any official response saying whether the digital version preorder would send you codes, so myself and others assumed the digital version does not have codes and that we get them automatically.

Can someone that knows reply to this please?

Digital version for PS4 does NOT need a code to activate early access. This is for the physical version only.

I wasn't referring to early access. I know early access doesn't. I was referring to codes for the preorder bonuses that are in-game items, and the CE edition in-game items. Does the same apply to those?

Yes, you will not need codes for those either because you've already pre-ordered digitally and have been registered as such on PSN. The same applies if you've ordered the collector's edition as that is flagged on your account as well. Those items may not appear on your account until 6/23 though, so you shouldn't panic if they aren't there right away when early access begins.

I have 2 pre order codes I already redeemed the one for PC but I am having an issue with the PSN one

I used my PSN code and got the add on and downloaded it but the mogstation still only says I am registered for early access on the windows platform is this going to affect me come friday? Anyone else having this issue?

Visit the “Settings” menu of the PS4, then select “PlayStation™Network/Account Management,” then “Account Information.” Scroll down and select “Services List,” and find “FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.” Selecting it will show Heavensward early access. This will also grant you the in-game bonus items at release.
