can we get separate glamours for each job

That would also require removal of the "Unique" tag that nearly all the good gear in the game has. (Plus, it would require a lot more Armory Chest and inventory space, whereas I suspect we'll be getting some more but not nearly enough to include both new stuff and a lot of duplication.)
