Developers: Can We Get Content to Bridge the 3 Months?

I think everyone got spoiled by the "one major content patch every month" thing that 2.5 got split up into.

Unless the new content is "Grind Antumbral Rocks/Redolent Logs for redeemable Forager's armor", I'm content with the sheer amount of stuff I have to get done before the expansion.

Y must alternative content to coil must involve heavy amount of grind and rng. Like hey wanna progress in TT? Gotta pray tht ur card drops, decks mean nothing in roulette. Wanna progress in crafting? Gl i hope u have lots of gil and resources / all crafts leveled and pray tht ur rng is good. Wanna choco race? Jave fun getting punked by treasure chests ( they kinda fixed it ).
Wanna pvp? Gl on long q times and cometeor spams. Wolves den, whats dat.
Etc. u can have fun regardless but to have fun AND progress is to be able to take a eatin from rng.

What would this do? People would grind for tomes at a breakneck pace for two weeks then ask for more content. We've never had more than one uncapped currency at once, so I don't really foresee it happening.

How would they come up with content on such short notice? Updates are planned out months in advance.

There's tons to do in the game if you only look and keep an open mind.

Basically, yes. Ramuh is the toughest primal (to me, anyway) and he doesn't even really compare. Garuda, Titan, and Ifrit can be burned down so fast it's a complete joke nowadays. Leviathan and Shiva's mechanics are very simple. Don't get me wrong, those are two of my favorite fights in the game; the fact remains that the mechanics are fairly simple. Mog... ugh. Tanking Mog X is like watching paint dry. :x

I find the T9 fight incredibly fun. It's one of the best-designed instances in the game in my opinion. I find it fun enough that I frequently hop into clear parties and learning parties for it . The same goes for other SCoB and FCoB turns.

In any case, I'm neither an elitist nor a masochist. I'm simply a player that got together with seven other players so we could challenge ourselves. If challenging yourself isn't your thing, then more power to you. Nobody's twisting your arm to go into T9. If you aren't willing to try though, don't bag on those that find success when they go where you refuse to. The fact is, a plethora of content is out there but many people choose not to do it.

There is plenty of content.. its your own damn fault that you decided to zoom through it all as fast as possible so you could show off and feel better than those who haven't done it yet. Now sleep in the bed you made for yourself! haha! :D

Unlocked 3rd coil is of pretty much zero interest to those of us who still struggle with 2nd coil.
