Cant find a FC that uses voice chat a lot

In my experience, I hesitate to hop in voice chat because there's usually one bad apple who enjoys harassing the ladies of the group. When you're in a group, it's not as bad - but if you're alone with certain people it can get ugly. It's a big turn-off for using voice chat of any kind. That being said, currently I'm in an FC that uses voice chat and has 5 other gals besides me - and none of us hop on voice chat regularly. Usually just for raiding, in a group.

I got in a FC that use voice chat. Not all the members but they get in TS3. It is so cool yo use voice chat. I got a hands up of what to expect in the new dungeon I unlocked yesterday.
