What Server did you play on in FFXI

I was a Bismarck resident from the PS2 launch until around the time those three mini-expansions were released in 2009.

I played a Mithra named Gretchen. WHM and DRG were my two lv75 jobs.

Went to Leviathan in the merge. Bastok for life. As you can see, my name and merged server got brought over as a legacy character. I was (and still am, but don't really play any more) a Red Mage.

Started out with first character Allestra (still my main as of today :) )

Created on Garuda which later merged into Lakshmi, then transferred to Shiva where I currently reside

I was Achika of Midgardsormr, third-in-command of the only linkshell that could claim Ullikummi against botters. Well, until we got moved to Quetzacoatl though our LS pretty much was dead by that point.

When I quit, I was MNK90, NIN82, RNG75, PLD75, WAR DNC, and COR at 50, SMN BLM PUP 30, and I think the rest were under 30.

I would typically be seen with my character on my other account, Paksenarrion, my WHM90, and SCH50, BLM37.

I was also Selan on Midgardsormr, which needed a name change with the server merge, so it became Madrigosa. She was a RDM69 (Take a wild guess why I stopped playing her and picked up Achika instead.)

Played since PS2 release and continued up until FFXIV early access w/ a few hiatus in between :)

Played for many years as Baronskull on Garuda/Lakshmi as a Ranger.
It was rumored that an unofficial mini-game developed around finding my corpse, as I had a habit of dying in odd and out-of-the-way locations.

I spent my whole FF11 career on Sylph.

Same name, Mithra, Whitemage main and Summoner 2nd ^-^

Ragnarok the whole time (something like 11 years), had the same first name too

Swapped servers shortly after Abyssea came out, to play with more players in my PST time schedule. Went back to Ragnarok as Koenig when things slowed down over the course of the game and to join back up with some old great friends.

I sometimes miss the game, but mostly for the old days of HNM fellowship.(I dont miss the old HNM spawns, just the friendships I had.) I feel like there are less longer lasting connections in this game, but I do find things to do with people, be them new or familiar.

Few players are on cactuar but a lot went to balmung I have noticed.

Played on Midgardsormr until the merge. In-game name was Freesa. Miss those days so much.

Aaralyn. WHM main, SMN secondary. Started on Shiva. Then moved to Gilga, then for a very short time Phoenix, then back to Shiva.

I played on Seraph server as Yamimarik <3 Seraph forever home to us Seraphians. I was unfortunately recruited into a slave program, and go swallowed up by that evil ol' Bismarck! (server merges ; ; )

I played since NA release, and left right before evil ol' SoA. Felt like the game just had change too much after Abyssea (not b/c of Abyssea, I think I'm the only one, who absolutely loved Abyssea! Most likely because my account got hacked into, and starting over from playing about 6-7yrs before hand was so horrible to try and recover, I probably wouldn't have bothered if it hadn't been for Abyssea.)

Main: SMN99, NIN99, THF99, BLU99, DNC99 <3 I miss muh babies. I had Hvelgemir, Kanagi, Almace, and my prized Mandau <3 Never got past 90 on them tho @.@ too much grind XD

I started on the Hades server on 12/06/2005, real nice place, then got moved to Cerberus with the server merger but moved to Bahamut some time after to play with some friends.

Character is a Mithra named Helionx, cause someone's mule that hasn't been logged in in years has just "Helion" and I didn't want to use a different name. I've played all 3 rank missions to 10 and ended up staying in Sandy do to my love of kingdoms, forest areas, and knights in fantasy type games.

My First 75 was DRG followed Shortly after by DRK, was one of the good DRKs that could dps high without dying. Quit around the time FFXIV came out to play that but went back when SoA add on came out. SE was working on FFXIV's first add on, A Realm Reborn, at that time. came back when ARR was released for FFXIV and played it since. With the "final story" for FFXI in works I've gone back lately and play as a 99 RUN. Though I'm still playing FFXIV too so I can be ready when the 3rd add on, Heavensward, comes out.

Kedrah what was your toons name on phoenix? Cause I played on phoenix as well. My toons names were Pocahauntas and Ariannachan. Pocahauntas was a elven and Ariannachan was a mithra.

I bought FFXI on the NA launch date and got onto Shiva under the name 'Darius' I still play on occasion. I've mained Drk/Sam throughout the majority of my career in the game, having decided on Dark Knight before the game even came out in North America.

Funny side fact- there was a dude on Shiva named "Daarius" who always used to examine me whenever we crossed paths, it was super awkward.

I played on Carbuncle from NA release till about 4-6 months after SoA came out. My character name was Crichek.

Sadly, I do not remember my original character's name, just that I started off on Sylph, and my first friend I made on FFXI was a galka named Biggss. Unoriginal of course, but I was amused anyway X)

I gave up because I just didn't have the dedication to keep 2 jobs leveled when I just wanted to be a white mage, and lost touch.

Later I joined a newbie/returning player LS on the Phoenix server as a Tarutaru named Saffire, which I followed into FFXIV's beta/launch and reinvented Saffire as a Lalafell named Seigyoku Cypher (Seigyoku is supposedly Japanese for 'Sapphire', and I was watching Legend of the Seeker at the time), but we all got disillusioned quickly, and I didn't have it in me to go back to FFXI. Still had 1 month's crysta left so I resubbed the first week of 2012 and FFXIV has been my favorite mmo ever since.

Started on Carbuncle server because it didn't let me choose a server. When I was able to choose I joined my mom on Odin server.

Caitsith, before it merged and became obsolete. I was in Millennium, Concertina, and a few other Linkshells. Tag was Akashi, Female Elvaan :s

I played FFXI when it was released up until the end of Chains of Promathia (so yeaaaaars ago). But I was on Fairy server then, as I am now for FFXIV. Was San D'Orian, as well as Elvaan. Mained PLD, DRK, SAM and NIN.

I had a Hume male on the Shiva server, only because my friend (who now helps my girlfriend and myself run our FC) introduced me to the game. I was never a fan of Final Fantasy before FFXI, but the only mmorpgs I've stayed subscribed to are FFXI and FFXIV.

(Subscribed to FFXIV longer though.)

I remember going to the mall with a bunch of friends and picking up our ps2 HDD/FFXI bundles. Played on Midgardsormr Chewbacca MNK and BLU Galka and Raistlin BLM and WHM Taru. I miss that game sometimes. I went back a few times but it kind of ruined my happy memories of the game so haven't been back in years.
