It's not down. just slow. Loads fine for me but the Heavensward expansion is not on there. Maybe they posted the wrong time for release. 11 am of any time zone is just a really odd time. Every other game I have played has always done their preorders at midnight of chosen day.

I got it added to my cart but checkout times out.....

Go to "Title" then to "Final Fantasy XIV" and then you will see it. :)

I don't know why they do stuff like, they don't know what they are doing and always mess stuff up. They don't have stable servers but expect 1000000's of people to rush onto their store. They never learn from their mistakes or stuff that happened in the past. No one has been able to get a copy yet or load the store or load the cart!

It's not showing up for me in the SE store.

I see physical CE and standard, where's my digital CE?

Didn't show up on the Final Fantasy XIV page, but it was on the front page once I got that to load. In cart, account created, now loading checkout, like everyone else.

with such a bad store webpage design....you think they would reduce the number of pages required to complete a transaction.

feels just like in game with the 10 confirmation screens.....only seen 5 so far though, endless stuck atm.

Well it's getting better. I refreshed the store page and all the graphics disappeared now on every refresh. It's all text only XD

I wish they'd sent out an email before February 2015 to let people know they would need to reregister, too. I already had a Square Enix store account but had to make a new one.
