Please fix the Store

I find it funny how the NA store seems to still be up :) Lets break that one next ^^

^ Their preorders don't go up for like another 9 hours.

Better pre fix the NA store so the same thing doesn't happen in 9 hours, need to set my alarm so I can get up at that time.

They are, checked the NA section of the SE store, down for maintenance. Even if it isn't a pre-fix, I have no doubt the entire store is down

I don't know which country you live in but other EU retailers will have the game available. I suggest you contact your favorite retailer to get information on the exact time they start to accept preorders.

However, please note that at the moment the Square Enix store is the only place where you can preorder the Mac version of the game (in EU).

I have phoned GAME, Grainger Games, Amazon and a few other retailers in the UK and none have any info on Heavensward nor have heard of it. Hell, some guy in GAME tried making me preorder XV adamant that was the expansion for XIV.

Also tried GAME this morning, they said they have no release information.

Makes no sense considering they are the only real big game store in the UK.

Some companies did no care (or they not are aware at all) about differences in "buying power" of currency in every country. To make an example to the limit, with 50$ in your pocket, there are places in the world you can live a full month and places you don't stand 5 minutes.

Even the EU have big differences in their inner countries, just think at the average salary differences between Germany and Greece. I think you got the idea.

None of the big game sellers in UK know anything about it, which is weird as amazon.com has heavensward on their site but amazon.co.uk doesn't, did someone forget to send the memo out to the rest off the world? and the fact that the CE is £129 that is personally a rip off. Why are we paying to the teeth when in NA it is only £87.89 with current conversion rates. There is no way there is a £40 tax on a game. Get rid of region locks and I can buy from the states instead as it's cheaper.

You should go for the digital download collectors edition :P at least that got converted right. You get everything except for the physical stuff like statue and the books :/

I have the V1.0 collectors and ARR 1st edition collectors and the latest "Shiva" edition so its become a collection.

It was cool that 7am was the preorder start time so people had to work got covered. Shop down for maint... not so cool.

No offence, but I think you're making it up now.

What you're saying is because they CAN charge more, they're being money grabbers by cranking the price up? Gotcha.

It's strange that if you follow the exchange rates:

(figures not to be taken as absolutes)
14800 yen = 121 dollars
14800 yen = 115 euros
14800 yen = 82 pounds
129.99 euros = 92.56 pounds
129.99 dollars = 87.91 pounds

All close to the value they're being sold at, right? Yet UK has to pay 130 quid. Bit of a jump compared to the rest don't you think?

Are we going to get an ETA on when pre-orders are going to be available, it's been 2.5 hours. You'd think SE would have learnt something about anticipating traffic when something big is going on.

Store for EU etc... is down atm because it died.
Preorders went up at 0700 GMT the time in PDT was just for NA.

Well the EU store is currently on maintenance so...yeah...no heavensward...

I was actually confused about this first, but 11am PDT is only NA sales. EU pre ordering started few hours ago on Square Enix EU online store that we actually broke.

Omg grainger games, im from the north and didnt even know others who knew them D:

Im on the phone now to game so we'll see what they say, as for the selling me FFXV ive told them specifically that game isnt what i want so theyre searching their db now.
