Bard Final Coil Dps?

One thing I would like to ask, to the people who said they parsed over 550 on bard in t10 is how many songs are u using.
I have reached 525 on t10 with drg but no nin, and an avg of 480 in t11-t12(doing bluefire) and 450 in t13 first kill. My point is now, how many songs are u actually using. Its true I can mantein 600 dps before I start singing in t10 and 550 in the rest till I start singing on doing mechanics like dispelling redfire in t12.
I have no problem in t10 with mana cuz healers do not need it, but tp is a pain in the ass for my party. I do not know if I have a tpaddict melees or what but they are asking for tp even earlier than 60% in t10, at 60% in t10, at 70% in t12 and they need double tp song in the second phase of t13 to be able to not stop hitting. I do not complain about their damages, they are a monk and a dragoon, but holy fuck I am permasinging each turn and still doing a good dps. Moreover apart from t10 healers need mana sometimes.

If in T10 your healers needs mana then it is serious MP management issues or your team is eating every damage they could have avoided and someone died or whatever. Most of the parse comparison here are typically 5.5-6mins runs. If your runtime falls within this range, with a NIN in party, you typically only need 1 Paeon. If it extends out further into the 7mins upwards then you probably need another Paeon.

The 590 BRD in my group did Foe's on pull > roughly 30s of Paeon's after final adds died about 3m in > Foe's around 5m, slightly after BV came back up.

If our clear was longer he'd have to sing the initial Paeon longer probably, but if your melee are begging for TP before 3m40s or so they're probably missing Invigorate at the earliest point they can, or doing some reckless TP usage like using Rockbreaker or Doom Spike on 2 adds

In t10 my monk uses demolish and I think the drg too, when se can.
Another important thing is that our runs last for more than 7 mins so it can be a mayor factor to determine my dmg too.

Furthermore I think the drg does not use doom spike but when I parse her in a doomi, she uses her first invigorate at the 45th second and she cannot almost always reach a 4 min parser without paeon or goat.

It is also important that I saw in your parsers that tanks and the scholar are pushing high damages and that is something in my raid is not happening.

Kinda hijacking the thread for a question but id like to hear some opinions on wether bloodletter should take priority over miserys end or not. Normally one would say misyers end should have priority with its 190 potency but you get so many bloodletter procs nowadays that it sometimes feels like a potential waste if you dont use them immediately.

Im actually pretty curious on where I should be if I play BRD optimally, as a PS4 player I cant really parse myself so I ahve to rely on my teammates parsing.

How much damage would a DRG add? I know its 10% but I doubt it adds exactly that much.

I wish I could have some hands on on a speed run to see what I could pull myself. The thought of no caster LB on 2nd set of adds excites me for a little, because what I've been always running is that the first pair was gunned down fast and when the next pair spawns, the caster LB3 would drop both remaining pair's HP by half and there isn't much for me to multi-dot at all. I'm been pulling around 49Xish for these runs (1 NIN that doesn't give me any goads lol), 2 Paeons + a short 3rd due to TP starved, assuming no shit and deaths happened that requires me to ballad.

TBH, 10 dps is not an unreasonable amount of error in my estimate, If you deduct 8% of the dps for the dragoon you end up with a parse of 546 dps, rinchan nau has already parsed 540 dps without a dragoon and I don't think he had a zeta bow at the time or as fast of a kill. Shit, I've done 514 dps without a dragoon in a significantly longer fight duration (8:30sec) and im really far from bis (still using ironworks bow), estimate on the dps gain I'll get from upgrading bow, pants, earing, and chest is somewhere around 30 dps. The fact that my estimates were lower than this could easily have been pessimism because all the top bard parses available were just from goodsetup + gear and not because they were actually truly great bards, it might be the case that someone would have done this sooner if for example rinchan nau got a good drg+ninja parse or I somehow got geared (fcob plz) and a dragoon ninja parse.

Also its probably lower than 8% added for a dragoon given the multidotting phase etc. So really that just makes the 590 more incredible.

The number I most often see is something around 8%. I'll try to plug disembowl into my dps calculator later today to see if I can't get a reasonably accurate estimate. To do 590 in a drg ninja goup you're probably going to need to push 545+ in a just nin group.

bloodletter takes priority if using miseries end means bl would sit off cd for more than 3 seconds, if you can you'd want to do, gcd misery's bl gcd. But yea making sure you don't miss any bl opportunities is top priority, thats basically 50 expected potency lost every dot tick that happens with bloodletter already off cd (which would make bl+potentialBLreset = 200 potency vs 190 potency on miseries)

I think that would also need a relatively quick clear time, quick enough where songs wont be needed besides Foe's.

I wonder how relevant BRD's will be when 3.0 drops, I guess it just matters on what support abilities Machinist will have.

IIRC for single target alone DRG's buff isn't an exact 10% buff so coming down to adds phase, while I don't have the exact math I think we might not even enjoy a 5% during that.

590 is indeed an incredible number. Further breakdowns to the ACT parse to look at the individual crit % could probably reveal a little more, but no doubt it is pretty much skill with a little help from the crit RNG god to produce good crits and at the right time as well.

I'll probably have to re-look into how we are dealing with the 2nd set of adds. In a single NIN team I have some 56X DPS carry over from the 1st set of adds until I have to play my first Paeon slightly after it (where all CDs are down), but the decay on the numbers is strong during the 2nd set of adds.
