What has been preferred for myself is that you pre-order and near release they give/activate a code that allows you to download the game and any updates they have made, I've been burnt by "day of launch" shipping and would not necessarily trust it to arrive when it was supposed to (or that they want a signature and i'm at work >.>).

Physical CE: 14800 yen / $122.6 dollars
Digital CE: 5800 yen / $48.05 dollars
