Alexandrite FATE drop increase?

Whats wrong with Central Shroud atma rates... it took me the longest the first time I got them way back before the rate increase. Now, I I've done like 50 fates here and nothing. Every other zone dropped within 5-10 fates, with the exception of East Shroud, which took a bit more (but not 50). Is Kan-E-Senna hoarding them to power her personal vibrator or something?

Edit: Ok , its just dropped (from the same fate that I got it the last time I did this crap)... Kan-E-Senna is done with her 'activities.'

A ton of these FATE's are still taking hours to spawn... please SE, put them on rigid 30 min. timers max.

Uh. What fates? I don't think I've waited more than 15-20 minutes for a fate since my second Animus.

they should increase it more

For the statisticians: I got my last 34 alex (didnt count before) after 381 fates, only counting the ones i finished with gold. Thats about 9% droprate. I farmed mostly in Middle LN and some in North Than.
