Hey, you were my tank in that turn 9 farm like 30 minutes ago xD

When I finally found something that looks good on my Highlander Bard I never changed again.
I use this Glamour since glamour was introduced.
Highlander look so dump in Bardgear and it was hard enough to actually find one decent Set.
I think it will take years before there is another Set I will like on my Character

I set each job on a theme and stick to it with a bit of variation here and there.
Right now I got my eyes set on full Forager's Set for glamour on my main, SCH. I could, if I sell all these thav onions - -
I haven't changed my SCH glamour since the option came out. I wish I could have my WHM wear something else, though.
Every other job just wears whatever I have right now.
I change glamour whenever there is something new and shiny for whm to wear that doesn't cost an arm, a leg, and a few millions.
But i can spare a few millions if its like omg that will complete this look im trying to pull off.
I change glamour pretty much every week. Usually at the same time I use a Fantasia. I'm on my 18th Fantasia. Someone stops me.
I glamour my Noct Lorica once and after a while missed not having it, so I unglamoured it. I just create a bunch of different outfits without glamour no matter how lame the stats are. I just use this gear in the outside world since there's no real danger anyway and put my good gear on when doing instances or hunts.
whenever i pass by someone with an interesting piece I may find good looking to add to my outfit. If I had to guess around 1 month. I also get bored of it after a while. :D
I don't bother and its too expensive. Trying to save up for a house :o and besides, I like the looks of all the gear i get so it doesn't really make me change anything.
except for cowls, I hate them brown, monk-ish looking cowls... those I tend to glamour!
I'm apparently an outlier... I reglamour when I get new gear, because I'm glamouring it right back to the same armor I've been wearing for most of the last year, the Sentinel set.
Prettu sure I'm sticking with HA coat of aiming for a long while. Though, the new gears from CT3 could have potential, have to wait and see. Recently race changed to lala too so, glamouring has become and endgame harder than coil....
I don't pay attention to how often I grab new glamours.
Though one thing I know for sure: I would be sitting on a lot more money if I didn't care so much about glamours.
Once every few months, just because making prisms - no, the entire prism system - is annoying in general.
Once or twice per patch since I'm usually pretty good at coming up with a look I can be satisfied with. If next patch has some glamours that actually look decent I'll probably give them a shot and see if I can come up with something I like.
I really don't understand all the posts I've seen saying that glamour prisms are inconvenient/expensive. o.O
They seem pretty simple and at most they are 4-5k apiece if you buy them. Making them is super cheap.
Haven't done it yet. I like to show off the gear I have vs hiding it.
If I wanted to frequently change Glamours I have to obtain a lot of Prisms. This would be fine if it was like self repairs, where I just need to get a stack of one thing, but Prisms I have to get a selection of different level Prisms and a selection of different crafts. That's what's annoying, the simply fact that you have to have a Lv2 Prism gets me the most... Why can't it be exactly like self repairs and melds where higher tiers can do the job of lower tiers?
Given that there are 35 different Prisms which I could require, it simply isn't feasible for me to be prepared to change Glamour whenever, instead I have to either spend a ridiculous amount on the MB or spend time preparing the required Prisms. Both of which are annoying. I'd simply like to have 99 Omni-Prisms sitting next to my 99 Grade V Dark Matter and be able to change Glamour conveniently.
Compared to other games, the whole system is just needlessly cumbersome...
