I know this is an old thread but I think I understand what this poster is saying here.

He is saying he fills all the qualifications the OP is asking for. But realized that the OP is a male. So it seems that this person is a male who *thought* the OP was a female looking for a partner but its a gay male. And is taking issue with it.
