If you're having trouble making book items with at least 50% on the HQ bar reliably, you are just going to lose a ton of gil on 4* crafts.
Instead of blaming RNG, why don't you instead work on figuring out a better approach to making the item?
Also, based on your lodestone gear profile, you have 2 errors:
- No i70 offhand
- No melded AF hands (CP is more important)
I have a meldet i70 offhand on my 4 star Weaver, getting the weaver receipes without it and HQ`ed 4 Star Gear out of NQ Mats with ease.
And the 3 CP from the AF hands? really?
I really don't see a difference starting whith 392 or 395 CP. I would be happy just to miss 3 CP when i get no ToT's :D
i'm working on a better approach by reading this thread and getting ideas.... while my macros working on the mats for some new tries of beating the rng xD
