Head: High Allagan Circlet of Healing
Body: Storm Elite's Coat (Disciple of Magic only)
Hands: Augmented Healer's Gloves (Dalamud Red)
Legs: Taffeta Loincloth (Dalamud Red)
Feet: High Allagan Thighboots of Healing

The Healer's Gloves were the only handgear that I could find that both showed rings AND didn't cinch the sleeves of the Storm Elite's Coat.
