You can teleport people in the game. Go to your menu and select teleport. You can teleport to crystals you have visited. If you need to get to a crystal you haven't been to you can either run there or have someone who has already gotten it teleport you.

ok then it seems all but confirmed that each pair of camps for each of the 4 zones shares the same color :)

It's not separated by hamlet, but by region/city-state.

Limsa Lominsa/La Noscea = red
Gridania/The Black Shroud = green
Ul'dah/Thanalan = blue
Ishgard/Coerthas = black

Aleport was definitely red and Silver Bazaar was definitely blue for me.

Also, NPC at Hyrstmill is stuck right now, at least on Lindblum, and won't move. Can still get ash from her if you're quick (or just camp) though. She gave green.

Grind a bit and it should update (I think it was 1000SP, I'm not sure). Unless I'm mistaken.

I think lodestone only updates every so often. So it may have certain intervals that it will do a check. I could be entirely wrong, but thats what I believe.
