Starting the quest now. The order is important? can i get the fish in any order? And i cant get little thalos hq... im on the boat with northern krill? is it right?

1/ any order
2/ you don't need HQ little thalaos, just catch 3 of those to get the buff. 3 nq or 2 nq + 1 hq will do. And yes you're at the right spot, but the weather needs to be rainy or showery.

In which order you get the fish doesn't matter, but the quest itself wants them in a certain order.

Also, the boat has two fishing spots; Rhotano Sea (Forecastle) and Rhotano Sea (Sterncastle). For Nepto Dragon you want Sterncastle.

how often does shone window happen?.......

the last time Shino spawned for me was 2 days ago.

Shonisaurus, you son of a fish. 2x Mahar HQ continues, both end with fish get away (after 2 months of camping)

425 gatherin is enough?

All fish for this quest can be caught at 397 or above gathering,.

I think one takes 404, the rest are a bit lower.
