can you please het rid of the stupid generic dungeon and battle theme

i just mute my ingame sound and turn my music on

Wished Pharos Sirus theme was just Siren singing... since she is a siren and did lure people..

But yeah I agree with some of the themes being obnoxious, I want some more FF themes or just some new ones, mostly FF though.

You can mute just the music. Play whatever you want.

Also, jeez. Get a grip, guys. The music isn't terrible. It's honestly some of the best MMO music I've heard. I guess I just don't understand how people can let themselves get so aggravated over little things.

I wonder how many people would cry "ZOMG THIS IZN'T A FINAL FATNASY GAEM!!!" or something at the lack of "overworld" to "battle" music transitions.

On topic, I'd add the option to turn off battle music and maybe include the option of changing the battle music to something else out in the open world. So you could have the normal battle music out in the open world, or switch it to something like *cough* the event battle theme (formerly known as the Coerthas battle theme in 1.0), or maybe the ones from the various zones in 1.0 (though the ones for Thanalan, Black Shroud and La Noscea sounded REALLY awkward as battle themes). I know a recent fighting game allows for something like this, and I think it is plausible within the context of overworld battle themes. Dungeons, not so much.
