It was funny. My first Frontline match this morning took around 16 minutes to pop and it was a 16v16v16 match. After that, it was 24v24v24 in another five minutes. Now? Sitting at 108 minutes, twiddling my thumbs .-.

I had the same thought and I still think its broken, however even saying it more than 30 minutes every single time, the duty finder always pop 1 minute after I queue up.
Frontline Queue's in general are very broken, and its very disheartening to not hear a single thing that Square is trying to do to fix things. They even didn't patch something that even said they were going too patch -_-"
My biggest issue is when you go into a Frontlines, people are allowed to hit withdraw with no penalty and screw over the other people who do go in. Going in 12,vs24vs24 is not fun, a waste of time and overall poorly designed.
Finally got in Frontline's after two hours. During the match, I noticed the Immortal Flames were hanging around 400 points while Adders and Maelstrongs were duking it out at 1300. How long do Immortal Flame GC players have to wait on Primal when queuing for Frontline?
Primal Datacenter FL queue seems to either be broken or people suddenly stopped doing FL. For the last few days it's been almost impossible to get games, queues going 45+ mins, while before it was 5-15 mins. It doesn't downscale either.
This is what I'm sitting at as we speak ... it's beyond broken. And i'm willing to bet when I do get in, it will be a 72man game with a lot of missing players.

The queue times these days are so inconsistent which leads me to believe that it's some sort of bug or not working as intended. I can literally go from 102 to 15 to 90 minute queue times back to back to back. Additionally, I haven't started in a match with 3 full parties since the patch that allowed you to begin without 72 players.
It's broken clearly.
It's shameful they haven't even admitted it's bad or said they were working on it by this point..
As DPS on Adders I don't wait for more than 15 mins.
So maybe that means all the baddies flooded to Maelstrom in hopes of getting carried by Team Win. Pfft.

Must be the case. I've actually found myself just derping around doing my own thing during Frontline's (after we're done talking partial strategy... since not a lot really needs to be said. If Adders wanna zerg middle, then we steal everything they own. Flames we don't even acknowledge). Any time we win, it always surprises me :p
Also your HP was unnecessarily high that one time we did Frontline's together. 5000+HP as a SCH? That was insanity (I suppose the amount of tanks we had only helped raise your HP higher than what the Fending accessories could raise).
Yea what everyone else said. I equip all ilvl 100 Fending accessories, fully enhanced vit out in pvp traits, and use hq pineapple ponzecakes. puts me at around 5300 hp
Its probably fc affiliation, have only had one queue that took more than 10 min and that was like 2 weeks ago
Just to update. I queued up at noon today. I'm currently still in queue after dropping it and requeueing at 65 minutes. My FC mate logs on at 12:30 queues solo (same GC) and gets in a game within 10 minutes. He finishes that game, queues again and gets into a second one while I'm sitting here over 90 minutes later not getting anything.
All languages, in progress still nothing. Not sure why I'm getting skipped over like this.
