Im also a returning player, back after a year break from the game, and not yet gotten quite the hang of it all yet. Tried to look you up on the game but either i dont know how to look up people or you werent online, so leaving this message here :)

Btw if you go to the social tab in the main menu you can find the player search option, find one of the names mentioned on page 1 and ask them for an invite or apply to the free company i you can't wait ;)

If you are looking for a super friendly and helpful free company, look no further, you've found it! Oblivion has an amazing community full of helpful players. There's always someone to help you complete a duty or farm something, all you need to do is ask. I've been with oblivion for some time now and it has improved my gaming experience immensely.
I have recently come back to the game and was looking for a free company to join. I can honestly say i couldn't have found a better one than Oblivion they have all been super friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome from the start. If you are looking for a friendly, welcoming FC you search can end here <3.
I found Oblivion through this thread, and yeah, they're feckin' great.
What swayed me was the whole "real life is important" thing. I wanted a Free Company that would be supportive, but would not commit me to hardcore raiding. I'm a grown-up and can't always make such events.
BUT, in one month of being an Oblivion member:
- The chat is never dead; the members are really supportive.
- My friends list is rapidly filling up.
- I've helped and been helped with progression dungeons etc while levelling
- I've been in a chocobo race, played hide-and-seek, and taken part in the awesome events organised by the senior members
- I've been given a bunch of free stuff through events and members' generosity.
This crowd is just right. They're supportive, they want you to succeed, but there's no obligation. I'be thrown a (tiny, noob) bit of gil in the bank to say thanks, but I've been asked for nothing.
I cannot recommend this Company enough. <3
Hi, I just wanted to say that I've been in this FC for around 2 weeks and I already feel at home with them.
The enviroment of the chat is friendly, everyone helps each other when they are able to, they have weekly events that so far are alot of fun to be part of and I've made new friends quickly.
I thank what the FC has done so far for everyone and I hope that the family will keep growing and staying strong.

Hey just wondering me and my friend are currently looking for somewhere to call home, and rather like they way you guys sound! just wondering thought as we're both looking to do a little raiding and looking forward to experience the Alex raid and the primal s if you guys have any spots on your raid teams for a Ilvl 167 WHM and Ilvl 167 Ninja by chance? we're not looking for hardcore every night raiding just maybe 1-2 times a week.

Where we would very much like to offer you a home I'm not sure we would be able to statisfy your need to try out raids. As we do intend to try out Alexander and some primals it's mainly a second objective of our fc. At this moment our people are still levelling up and enjoying the new content instead of gearing up and it looks you're already ahead of us eager to explore new raids :)
