1. Getting Titan HM trial roulette, and having myself and the two tanks as the only ones left alive. Everyone else got knocked off, starting with the WHM very early on so I solo SCH healed it. Rather proud of myself since I remember when I first started playing I sucked SO HARD at this fight after heart phase.


2. Shortly after 2.2 dropped, I out DPS'd a bard in way better gear than me (they had animus, HA/sold gear and I was in ct/myth gear since SMN's my main) in Lost City of Amdapor as SCH, including on the last boss which I was also doing the doors...


3. The other day I was healing Syrcus Tower (as SCH) and the other healer (WHM) kept D/Cing and got locked out a few times so I solo healed everything after the first boss and we didn't have any deaths.

I love clutch LB3's as a Bard.

My most recent Titan HM on roulette as WHM. Other healer was a scholar. Between the two of us, we rocked the healing, and as party we pulled off a one shot. A couple DPS died due to falling off, but that was the worst of it. I didn't even have to pop Shrouds at any point. Probably the smoothest run I've done in a long time.

Tanked Amon for 85% of the fight as a WHM. <3

Healed Garuda Ex, Thornmarch Ex and Levi Ex all in one night as SCH. Might not seem a big deal, but it was the first time I'd attempted Moggle and Levi and I wasn't a confident Healer at the time. Me and the other SCH worked together brilliantly (though I think I may have gotten carried at certain parts xD)

I had a mix between proud and ticked off moment. I had a paladin in Tam Tara HM (with animus sword and shield no less) that throw a fit over Eos taking hate and told me to stay out of range so she wouldn't take hate. Keep in mind everyone in the party but the pally had hate on something as the pally wasn't doing a good job or even attempting crowd control. So I just dismissed Eos outright and healed without. Ended up with commendations from the other 2 party members while the pally was still throwing a fit at the end.

Also solo healing ST was fun as our other healer dc'ed and we didnt bother replacing.

Myself and three other FC members of mine decided to fool around and run Wanderer's Palace with all WHMs. We didn't think it was possible until we actually cleared it with maybe two wipes on Tonberry King? It was epic as sin. Also that one time I solo'd Chimera in Cutter's Cry as WHM because the tank and dps died due to not paying attention when to move, and the other dps getting locked out.

This Tuesday doing turn 7 we had a moment where a Renaud became unpetrified because of a badly timed phase change, I managed to prevent a wipe by using Blizzard II right as it unfroze. It still killed our white mage though.

Last night was my first time doing Pharos Sirius, I had not even unlocked it yet!
When I heal, I try to stay with my tank (unless I know that I can't). The bard we had with us had been here before, but did not tell us about the AoE size, so naturally, I was in the center with the tank and got blasted with that room wide attack, as well as his crystal stacks (didn't get a warning on this either). That was the only wipe we encountered in the dungeon. Zuu comes and goes, no issues. The Bard said he would take care of the eggs, and he did. The third boss, I spam Medica II at the beginning and as the adds pop, I regen everyone while kiting the adds. Boss down in seconds (WTF??). Siren comes up, Bard says I need to esuna her debuffs (fails to mention that a simple heal to full HP will remove one of them). I spam esuna to 1/2 mp and realize that it doesnt work. SOOOO........Siren does her song in the center of the room, and the Bard had not told the tank to stun it. We all get hit with the healing debuff, and despite that, I am able to keep everyone alive throughout. No deaths, we win, my first time with misinformation. Really made me feel good that I was able to do that after reading the horror stories of this place!

First time my static and I were attempting T5 last night. After a few wipes and 20 minutes left on the timer, we managed to reach the last phase. Then for some reason everyone start panicking and dying. Twintania was at 2%, there was only me and no lustrate, the pally and 1 DPS. Pally died, then the DPS, I was almost out of mana and was DPSing like crazy when Twintania went for me. I saw her casting something ( no idea what lol) and I was like: "nooooooooo it's too unfair, I don't want to die x.x" !
And then, suddenly, out of nowhere: cutscene !!!!
Twintania was dead.
It was like in a movie, I couldn't even believe it.

No need to say that my little Lala was the hero of the day ^_^.

The first time I joined Titan HM, I posted my customary "Hi everyone! Just a head's up, first timer here!", just so everyone knew that I was new to the battle. Was told smugly "Don't worry about it noob, you're going to die, and we'll carry you to a win. Sit back and enjoy the free ride...". Well this ticked me off a bit, and I decided to put everything I had into the fight.

We cleared it on the first try, and I didn't die once! Was so proud, and in the end, then same person from before even told me "congrats" and that I had done 10000 times better than they had thought I would.

I have many of prouds moments healing, most of them are with titan and the most recent:

Titan HM as WHM,

I was doing my daily roulette of trial, so titan hm then the message of first timers pops (*here we go*) everything going well until heart phase my heal parter die almost at the start of that phase (he was knocked down by landslide) the all remains on me *challenge accepted*, second landslide = dps got landslided (6/8 people alive) to my luck the firsts gaols aim the dps/tank everything goes "fine" till the set of bombs with landslide... we lose another dps (*sigh*) the next two gaols i was aimed then everybody know if i die all the sacrifice are in vain (lol) then all starting to saving me from the gaol when i was freed i use esuna asap->divine seal->presence of mind->medica 2->medica, next gaol me again that time the MT run to help them but on that we lose another dps because the weight of land (he can be resed) after that i toped off all the remaing people and swift+raise the dead dps at this rate titan was like 10% of his heal and the resed dps die again (that weakness debuff + 9 stomps) at the 5% the OT and the remaing DPS got hitted by weight of land, the OT survives but the dps do not have that luck i dont remember who say "Healer LB3!!!" then here we go LB3 and res the 2 dps at the same time and me got hitted by weight of land because the very long animation (resing people praying lol) almost right after that we kill titan, got my staff of crags and 6 commendations :D (why no 7 :( xD)... oh yeah thats on the first run without echo ^^.

Titan Ex as SCH,

Just doing to clear that weekly quest legend of my UI because i have already done ifrit and garuda ex, i see the DF and see the titan ex party searching for "experienced players" so i decide to go with them, to no make that long, we wipe so many time to reach the last 10 minutes to clear the fight and almost on all the runs my whm partner die before heart phase and the last try he die with the first landslide without the barriers so guess what?, he fell off >_<, in that moment i change to eos (i use selene almost all the time) for the aoe heals that run go with some minor mistakes before heart, after that people die on avoidable mechanics (nobody got landslided) with all happening we manage to beat titan ex with me SCH solo healing almost the entire fight on the last try ^^.

Another some different but that was a epic heal lb 3 with the exact timing when everyone dies on superbombs only i was alive and the lb3 fills right before he jumps and i starting to use LB3->bombs explode->still alive->all the party got revived->geocrush kill me :(, i sacrifice myself to up 7 ^^... nobody expect than and the revived party on the confusion die almost instantly lol... that sucks but the LB was epic.

Let me remember some others proud momments and I'back to post them :D... btw sorry for my english, im still learning (isn't my primary/mother language).

Main healing Toto-Rak, as SMN. Granted my SMN was level 50 synced down of course, but it was still hectic. I was very proud of myself when we managed to win through without a wipe. :D

Another SMN healing story was baby Brayflox, even though we had a WHM in the party, she was still very green and kept making mistakes (which we helped her through with). I told her if she wanted me to help with healing duties, and she said a very relieved 'yes'.

In the end, I had to effectively take over as healer on Aiatar as she kept getting killed during the boss fight, and with Swiftcast and Resurrection plus spamming Physick while I left Garuda-Egi to beat on the dragon, was about the only thing that kept us alive in that run. After several wipes, we finally managed to win through, battered, bruised and covered in green slime. That was one of the most satisfying dungeon runs I've done. :)

I hate running Titan as a healer. It has to be my least favorite primal fight to run. I get Titan HM on trial roulette the other night as WHM. The myth bonus for new people pops up and I find out its the other healer. They try to eat every AoE the comes there way. The DPS and tank do a decent job. Everyone stacks up when they need to but the other healer. They don't heal much and dies alot so I end up solo healing a fight Im not good at. The group wipes a few times but we do better each time thanks to the almighty echo. We finally end up defeating Titan after a couple wipes. Everyone congratulates the other healer at the end and I don't get any commendations. The others must not have thought I did well but I'm very proud of successfully solo healing that fight.

Our first T9 clear as a group, almost cried... manly tears =)

The entire alliance died except for me and the other healer in my party, when you to jump out of the center on the 2nd boss, we raised other healers and other members, did not wipe and won the fight.

Then on the last boss the tank said we had trouble healing for no reason whatsoever, so someone else should mt, which ruined the good feeling lol

levi extreme when there's a dead party member and I cast swiftcast > raise during levi's slam and watch the persons body fall off the side, only to then hear the "ping" and then see them raised next to me a few seconds later. Done this more than once.

also having a DPS complement me on my timing that during the part of the fight where the shield is active and the raid takes damage, when the attack hit that their health actually went up, I had cure 3 timed that well.

Sigh. I think the most proud moments in my life was to clearing dungeons with a paladin that cant use aggroskill. Just in case beware if u see Silmeria(mb 2 ll cant remeber clear) Valkyrie or smthing like this in your party/Bettter to dodge? or u will loose all your gear.Just tell me how she as paladin cant maintain aggr from archers that have mp balad on so i can outheal him:cool:

I've never healed in BCoB and any of the EX primals before, and yesterday when I log in, FC mate as like

"rui can you play SCH for Ramuh EX. 5x carries for $"
"no I've never healed any EX before"
"nvm just come I have trust in you"

And there... "XXXX invited you to a party"

And there I go, my first 5 runs on Ramuh EX as a SCH. Lol. Bless that I have an experienced WHM as a healing partner :p

So I'm doing some trial roulettes yesterday out of boredom. Titan HM comes up with the new member message so I start explaining the fight. What to dodge, what to kill, when to stack, things like that. One of the DPS says, " Bonus points if you get hit with Landslide and live." I take them up on that challenge. I take 4 or 5 of them and don't die or get knocked off the edge. It probably wasn't the best idea since I was healing but it made for an interesting run. We complete it and I end up getting the one handed WHM staff. Pretty fun time compared to most Titan runs.

Last year when I was still a new healer, I ran into someone who was downed in Central Thanalan. I revived them and the player was so thankful that he gave me 1000 gil as thanks.



Today, I had several newbies, tanks included, in the Crystal Tower. I explained all the mechanics to them as best as I could, despite me never having tanked in the tower. Had only one wipe and we finished with 10 minute to maintenance. Then i got this:

First post on this forum, head straight to the healer section :)

We were in the Sunken Temple of Qarn with a new Tank and DPS, I'm the only one who has done the dungeon before. Reached the final boss with 6 minutes left on the dungeon. We rushed in without explaining the mechanics because of the lack of time, and ended up finishing in 5 minutes

Picked up my pipe right after the dungeon cuz, well, I felt like I earned a puff

Solo healing Turn 6, with my paladin deciding it was a good idea to Rage of Halone right in the middle of a Blighted Bouquet. One of the most fun healing experiences yet ^^

This was a pretty nice moment.

I have many proud moment when it come to healing but my two proudest once would have to be solo healing Titan hard mode (before the echoe) and solo healing Ultima hard mode (before the echoe)

Amdapor Keep, on the Demon Wall. Both DPS fall off at about 50%, me and the tank keep chugging. 15% and the tank falls off. Balls. So, popped Cleric Stance, danced around using Ruin II and finished him off. Very happy :D

The second time I've tanked any dungeon. First try is always a mess. Dzemael Darkhold's last room before first boss was a real pain when I was tanking it for the very first time and had no clue how to do the pulling. We wiped. Again and again. Dps ragequit. Second time I did it flawlessly after planning it more carefully.

First time I beat t4 and t5 (on scholar). But I guess I was more relieved than proud.

Also have to mention Pharos Sirius (back when it wasn't nerfed).

Ressurecting from page 2, because the good (proud moments) should always be if there is a bad (horror stories) :x

Finally. Beat. Garuda EX. Took me long enough x.x;
Awesomest. Party. Ever.
Patient, willing to teach what went wrong (rather than scream head off at what went wrong - which just causes more mistakes) and keeping morale boosted all through.

Edit: Turned in the Gardua EX quest to Urianger. Saw new quest icon. Thought to myself, "Please don't be titan. Please, magically, be Ifrit?" *Click* *Sees Titan's face* *DECLIENDECLINEDECLINE* "Nopenopenoepnopenopenopenope...." *Runs far out of Vesper bay*

I ended up throwing 6 rezes throughout the fight and we managed to clear with 1 tank, 1 dps and myself standing at the end.

Was that you? I came here looking for this, cleared Titan HM as a Warrior for the first time yesterday (I must have done it more than thirty times as a paladin just for kicks, but I'm a lot less confident as a warrior). When he finally died with only three of us still standing, I kept shaking like a leaf for 10 minutes :p

Nah this happened weeks if not months ago.

It was during a Manor run and everybody but me died during the last fight. They all deathwarped back to the begining not even giving me the chance to rez any of them. So it was just Eos, me, the boss, and her three add friends. The BLM had just used the LB before he died so all the adds were down to 3/4 to 1/2 hp. So I was feeling brave and wanted to see how long I would last. Eos ended up tanking the add, quite well I must say, I just put up my DoTs and dodge the magic attacks and about 5-10 minutes later I had finished the fight with barely going under 3/4 hp. It's not super impressive but I was and am still pretty proud of myself.

I had to heal Brayflox NM for one of my atma books, and I was terrified. The only other time I had healed it was on my WHM and I ran out of MP -four times- on the last boss because the dps were horrible and basically covered the room in puddles in a checkerboard pattern every time.

So my bf and I get in on our SCH & WAR. I had a teeny panic attack when we reached Aiatar, but I kept reminding myself I was a scholar and I'd really have to try to run out of MP. The dps were awful again. We specifically told them to position the puddles behind the boss, yet the BLM stood directly in the middle of the room or right in the direction my bf was obviously kiting. Of course the puddles were always thrown on her. Thus, we ended up with another checkerboard of green puddles, with my boyfriend doing his best to keep Aiatar out of them...Somehow I managed to keep everyone alive, even with no leeches and a DRG that refused to not stand behind him even when he was dead center in a puddle.

Hullbreaker Isle run - Came to the section just before the last boss.... tank grabbed everything from the split path (the side with more enemies) up to the water sprites in one go....Cure2 spam..... can't keep up... Pop Divine Seal + Presence of mind.... Cure2 spam + SoS for enmity slack.... still having a bit of trouble, but out of reach of imminent death. Swiftcast + Medica2 for the HoT, Cure2 to catch up, then Regen to rebuild.

Proudest moment. Somehow being the last healer alive before the pillars in Ifrit HM and still pulling out a win. As BLM.

I was playing my summoner on hydra, right off the bat both healers die after the other summoner's garuda pulls, a tank, and a DPS, so you know what kind of a run it is going to be. Long story short, I pulled out 7 rezzes over that fight and we win! no wipes

Wednesday, finally clearing T9.. nothing to add..

Not on my main as a healer but this was a proud one. Had a hydra fight as a tank around Dec 2013 or so helping someone get their relic. The party was doing bad. Seven down. Hydra came at me with near 0 hp. I was as good as dead and did one last shield lob as if Hydra didn't know where I was. Turn out to be the killing blow. It hit for less than 100 damage.

This Ifrit HM Trials roulette, where at one point all we had left was me and two tanks... 15 minutes later and we still won.
