no capping everything requires very little effort as the game and character progress has been kept for the last 3 years the game has been out. sure the majority of the game is less than a year old since the release of arr, but character progression is now sitting at 3 years. there were many of us that only had acn to cap when arr released and with the speed of leveling that took all of 3 days.
