Try using the moves that don't have cast times? And you clearly just showed you don't have a black mage so you probably shouldn't continue further with those examples. And archers cannot use any spell while moving. Just FYI.

Look at the archer skills, how many of them have a cast time of 0? See:

All except 1, and that is swift song.
Now look at the THM/BLM:

What can you do that is offensive, so can attack and kite at the same time? Scathe? That is it? And it has potency far lower than heavy shot. The others either all have really long cooldowns, or they are like transpose which is not for attacking. It is the same way for the Arcanist.
So yes only archers and bards can kite and shoot effectively. And archers/bards can basically use any of their spells/skill while moving. For all effective pursposes, The odd exceptions in places does NOT change that fact.
You can look at my profile and see that I main a SMN, but I have level 30+ WHM, BLM, and BRD. I know what plain obviously works, though I don't know all the details about the little odd things.
BTW the melee classes that all have instant cast can't kite, because if they are running away, they are not attacking.
Fixed for you XD
From experience after seeing how much damage tank was taking (running low level roulette as WHM for bonus), said "Lets hope for some new gear to drop for you, as to b honest tis a bit low" was told to F off and theyl play with what they want to, and actually removed his armor and proceeded to pull :S
the best way to deal with undergeared tanks in your party is to know how to tank as a healer, because chances are if they dont die you will most likely pull threat from having to over heal. learn how to keep yourself alive. make use of sprint. keep stoneskin on yourself at all times. make a macro for healing yourself specifically
I have healed a few dungeons as THM/BLM, low levels ones like that it's easy enough, you can always ask for some backup healing, if the tank is really squishy.
