Connecting the more desirable weapon to the least engaging aspect of the game does not make the least engaging aspect of the game more enjoyable.
Well if SE's goal was for me to not have fun and not want to play this game then they are succeeding. Being stuck on 1 ATMA for +6 hrs is ridiculous. The fact they haven't said anything about how many people hate this quest just makes me think they're going back to their crappy FFXI and original FFXIV style of development. If the next patch isn't backing off of this stupid belief that grind is good then I'm probably going to unsub. See how long the game lasts with just a bunch of no-lifers.
