Ps3 ce to ps4 transition instructions?

So its now 08:21am GMT and early access still hasn't started on the mog station which i'm a bit confused by cause it states on The Lodestone

"PlayStation®4 Early Access
Users who received a pre-order code with their purchase of the PlayStation®4 version will have the option to play during the Early Access period. Early Access is scheduled to commence at the following time:

From Friday, April 11, 2014 at 8:00 (GMT)

* Early Access will transition to official service on Monday, April 14 without interruption.
* Please proceed to the PlayStation®Store to register pre-order codes."

But there is no option on the mog station to upgrade to PS4 version.

i cant sleep, 30 min until early access xD

I thought the exact same thing but I don't think they took into account that we put the clocks forward last month...

ah it's because the summer time, i looked everywhere on mog station but can't find the upgrade link :(

yeah me too, well i can't play it right now because i still at work but at least i want to see my ps3 change to ps4. aaaand, i just got my ps4 yesterday and i thought i can play it at 14 april but this morning i found out i can play it today.

I kinda assumed it was 9am GMT due to the fact that SE used to say BST when I played on FFXI

So now that UK is BST i assumed it would've been 9am and also someone pointed out that 1am PDT is in 24 mins

Would it be possible if SE could help zones with time +/- account for this as get so confusing at times when i am waiting for time

im watching this its a pdt clock xD

It wont show upgrade on mog station and it says service busy upon trying to log in on ps4. Help a brother out SE

Question: I just upgraded and got a code to use on the PSN store, after using it it said the code had already been redeemed, does this mean I can't ever re-download the client if it got accidently deleted? (I still have the beta phase 2 client, so it's a non-issue atm)

Yeah, I'm getting the same error. I can play the game fine through the client I downloaded for Beta phase 2 atm.

Further questions; when do we get the Fat Chocobo Whistle and Wind-Up Moogle? On Mog Station it says that I have it under my Bonus-column, but I didn't receive any letters in-game. Do they show up on release day?

This may sound like silly question, but is it possible that it's the same code that you got for the beta?
As I understand it PSN doesn't care whether it's beta, early access or release, for it it's all the same game, so chances are SE didn't actually need to give you another code, and you had already added the game to your PSN account by using the code from the beta.

As long as you see a FFXIV: ARR entry when checking your PSN account services (PS4 Settings > PSN > Account Information > Services) you should be good.

According to the Lodestone "These items will be delivered via the moogle delivery service starting from Sunday, April 13, 2014 at 15:00 (GMT)." if you already have the CE.

This is how I'm interpreting it. There's two checks. One on Sony's side for the PS4 which is greenlit by our having been in Open Beta 2 and one by SE which is greenlit by having a PS4 flag on our accounts. The code review is meant as an option for people who weren't part of the beta but want to take advantage of the upgrade offer to see their product code there.

Well, the PS4 beta client (which now is the standard client I guess) was free to download, so you didn't need a code to actually download it. I think however that your theory is right. I can actually find a FFXIV client under my purchase list (even if it's with some funny writing by the side) on SEN.

Thanks for the information about the items however. Totally had missed out on that :)

Hmm, That could be it. I don't remember ever using a code to access any of the beta phases, but I vaguely recall getting one somewhere. I'll check the various PSN services things when my housemate gets off my PS4. *shakes fist* The info is probably there. I can log in fine (and I expected the phase 2 beta to be a final release client, what with there being a week between it and early access) so I suppose it's moot. Ty for the info.
