Move State, Come to NSW the only disaster is mankind. Though that is a disaster that can only be avoided by living like a recluse on a far away island.

Cali is next for a major earth shattering event and will most likely be the worst. Yellow stone will probably erupt too. good thing I'm in Florida, but now I'll get hit with a category 10 hurricane for saying that =(.

Yeah because I'm sure it would be so much fun having people get killed. Japan knows how to handle a quake the UK does not.

I think the UK would do just fine since we don't pack humans into little wooden house's like sardines. Plus if we had an earthquake i don't think anyone would care, hell might make the place look better.

Are we going to see one of these threads every time there's an earthquake in Japan?

It's called the Pacific Ring of Fire for a reason. Frequent strong earthquakes are commonplace there. That's why they build their buildings to withstand earthquakes like this. What they didn't build the Fukushima reactor to withstand was a tsunami.

Unfortunately not much you can do about that. Water ain't called the "universal solvent" for nothing.

Point is, don't worry about earthquakes. Worry about tsunamis.
