FC office and FC Head bedroom. We opted to not have communal/multiple bedrooms as there should be a personal bedroom addition to FC housing in a Future Patch.
Also, as you can see, the top floor is the most 'barren' As I said, we are still decorating and this floor is being planned as the 'trophy showcase etc. Since there aren't too many trophy items really in game atm we'll have to wait until more items are added in-game/we earn them.

The upstairs 'office'...it kinda needs some work. Its mostly what we all had saved up or was cheap that we threw in here when we first bought the house, before the basement was added.

That's the (relatively) new Alpine Inner Wall.

We own a cluster of properties all in the same ward (7, 22, 27, 28, 29). Between them we have 3 theaters, several themed chambers (i.e. Sylphic Tea Room, Library, Offices), a lounge, and meeting hall. We run a lot of open player events on our server. The mansion is set up for our fall theatrical production "I Want to Be Your Canary" from Final Fantasy IX.

So... I've always wanted the Star Chandelier and finally leveled my crafting high enough to make my own. Only with my old layout, and the size of the chandelier (it does not scale to cottages, lol), it was clipping into everythinggggg! So I overhauled the design of my whole house in order to make room for it.

I can not express how much I love to build and create and its nice to see so many enjoy the same thing.

I wish I could bundle you all up and wisk you to Rift to do some actual designing and creating. I LOVE seeing others unique creations and love to be able to build exactly what my mind can imagine :)

The current housing design has such a huge amount of untapped potential !

Fingers crossed SE eventually expand what we can achieve in housing, rift ui / complete player freedom + ffxiv graphics could be an absolute stunning combination, the best out there if so. :)
