Everyone knows what happened to me and where I was. I'll have an in-depth convo with Zander.

Meeting went incredibly well. It was fun to see such great participation. Can't wait for the next one. Maybe this time Zander will be less obssessed with Titan's .... nether regions.

Great meeting tonight, we will meet again next Wed Feb 12th @ 9pm EST.
Night's Bane will be hosting the meeting and we may be using their mumble server to meet up in.

I will talk to Dermet more today about CC. I'm thinking of, if more people with little to no DJ experience want to participate, of having a workshop of deals with my own experience to help. I can't just go ahead and do it though, Dermet is technically my "boss" when it comes to CC. I never want to say things he doesn't want public, as I said during the meeting. I was on the same page as him, but to go over his head is rude and disrespectful. Anyway, if people are interested in CC, talk to Dermet. XD I don't run it, I'm just one of the DJs, but, if you have questions about being a DJ, I can easily help with that and let you know how it is/feels and any tips.

A little sparse on attendance tonight... We had to table most of the agenda items because there weren't enough people around to discuss them effectively. <Tiro> is still good to host for next week, so we'll bring the stuff up then.
We didn't feel comfortable setting a time without most of the LS there, so we're gonna discuss/agree on a time here. :3

Sorry I couldn't stick around very long, seemed like it was just a bad day for most people to show up. I am glad you guys went ahead with some stuff regardless. I will be looking forward to <Tiro> hosting and will make sure I can be there and stay the whole meeting. :)

Me and Paris was in BC last night, sorry we missed, As for availability we can attend any time after Wed, and it would be easier for us if we could schedule the meeting either before 7pm EST or after 9pm EST so there is no conflicts with PACT events. But We can work around your scheduling.

I am a bit confused, is this the same LS that is already created for FC leader/officers than the majority of us are already in? Or is this a new one for the same purpose?

Dragonlady, your not in this LS if my memory serves me correct. We started this in Jan and are taking off fairly well. the LS name is Coeurl United

Correct, I'm in King's of Coeurl and it's been going for awhile. Same thing has the leaders/officers and we keep everyone up to date on what's going on within FCs as well as put groups together, prevent poaching, and help each other out.

Yeah we know about Kings of Coeurl, but we are a much different LS. We coordinate and host server wide events, work on various projects to benefit the server (Community Teamspeak, recruitment video, radio stations,Gaming it up to end ALS, ect), put together special groups (cross FC BC statics, FC housing funding, Primal EX groups, ect), we also support each FC with their recruitment. We meet up once a week using comms (TS, mumble, vent, ect) and your welcome to listen to the past meetings that have been linked throughout this thread.
Don't get me wrong I certainly have nothing personal against Kings of Coeurl and im sure you guys are doing great, but with Coeurl united we drive to actively do more for Coeurl.

No worries you guys for the scheduling conflict. I'm hoping we can find a time that doesn't overlap with anything like coil runs... I'm sure we'll work something out. :3

About the time for the next meeting, after 9pm definitely works better for me (I'd like to be there [finally] since we're hosting) and either on Monday or Wednesday. Or, you know, Friday, but maybe people are less available on Fridays?

Friday would work better for me, but I can attend on Monday as well... Wed... We are in BC so neither me nor Paris would be able to attend, however if everyone else can commit to Wed I say go for it, you dont need us sitting in if the majority can attend.

We're tentatively setting the time of the meeting to Wednesday at 9 in <Tiro>'s teamspeak, but we would like some input on what times work for people in case Wednesday isn't the best. We'd like to get a good turnout, since a lot of stuff from last time had to be tabled. I'll ask around in-game as well. (Also since our TS is sorta small an approximate number of people to expect would help us plan, in case we need to spill over into another TS)

What timezone exactly would this 9 be at? As I'm sure your 9 is different than mine or another players.

9pm est North American I do believe, 1pm Australian on an Aussie thursday (for me)

what happened to the meeting record from Nights bane? I didn't get to hear it... I will not be able to attend the meeting Wed, but I do wish you guys a good turn out :)

Dei has the recording and I'll see if he can get it up and the next day or so. There isn't a lot to listen to..as it only lasted like 6 minutes. The showing was a little small (I believe it was 4 guilds total in the meeting).

My internet is being a butt, though, and it's telling me it's going to take 50 minutes to upload 300MB so uh, I might not be able to give you the link until the morning.

Gah, not only did I not see the many messages people sent letting me know the meeting was moved, I am also having some kinda serious real life.... malfunctions that are taking priority over everything else right now. I DID have stuff I wanted to discuss but I will take it to the LS when I am next online.
