Should cats meow? (Racial emotes)

considering how popular cats are on the internet, there's a whole slew of awesome miqote emotes their missing out on.

If you're a female miqo'te and you do /happy, your character will do a quick nyan after jumping around

Miqo'te are cat like people. They are not cats. Cats communicate with a meow because they can not talk. Miqote can talk just fine. I find it strange that you want to make a humanoid character more like a animal.

I would say no to an actual meow, but according to the naming conventions for Mi'qote, h has an actual sound close to a cat purring that could be used for emotes.

Since some of you want more "cat" like emotes, let's have one that builds upon the male mi'qote's /sit command. This emote would have the male /sit, pause for a moment, then use his hands to cover up where he squat with sand...

Can male miqo'te get /spray? I have some territory to claim.

Not saying I agree or disagree with the OP, but I will mention that regardless of Miqo'te being their own thing (and not cats), Miah Molkot (NPC in the North Shroud) does hiss and meow while talking...so it's technically canon that Miqo'te CAN do these things from a role playing viewpoint.
