Just got two more large houses in Mist!

Advent Union of Leviathan obtained the server first Large house yesterday 1/21/14. Mist #5.

As of about ten minutes ago, Sargatanas server has:

The Goblet: 1 S, 2 M, 0 L
Mist: 6 S, 4 M, 2 L
Lavender Beds: 5 S, 5 M, 0 L
Total: 25 (12 S, 11 M, 2 L)

So, I guess it's getting better as the price comes down, but the large properties still aren't selling any time soon, I don't believe. Looks like no one wants to settle in the desert, either... :p

I don't know how many were in the Goblet and Mist on Ridill, as I didn't check those, but earlier out of curiosity I checked the Lavender Beds and there was only two houses there out of all the wards, both the smallest size blocks.

And one was listed as 'TBA' next to the price it sold for and had no FC name listed, suggesting that whoever owned it hadn't used it for a while and the server was in the process of repossessing the land.

Cheapest price for a small block at the Lavender Beds on Ridill incidentally is a little over 10 million at this stage. Hopefully it will continue to fall to something between the 3-5 million mark by the end like it's been rumoured to, as my FC has only managed to raise barely 1 and half million so far.

Balmung is starting to buy houses. Even some of the more desirable plots selling in 2nd Ward of Mist because the 1st Ward ones were already sold.

My FC just bought Mist Ward 4 Lot 20. I laughed hard when I was telling some of our people where to go for the house.
